It was accepted and she advised us not to have an inspection, because there was soooo many other buyers. We closed and moved across country. We got to the house and the refrigerator didn't work, the windows were rotten, and the house was filthy. It took me 3 weeks to get the house clean enough to live there. We have had the water heater go out, an air conditioner, and many other problems. Thousands of dollars later I wouldn't recommend Kate anyone. We won't ever buy long distance again, but thought we had a relationship with her.
