They charged $200 more than we were paying for a "deep clean" and I expected more than the normal cleaning I'd been getting from one person. The one reason I hired a service was so at least two people would be there. Only one showed up the second time. They didn't vacuum in corners or under furniture. There were streaks all over our quartz counters and I could see cobwebs under furniture and dirt in every easily accessible corner. They DID NOT clean in any corners, I wiped the floors that had been "cleaned" and they were filthy. They couldn't be bothered to vacuum the rug by my kitchen sink! There were dead bugs that weren't vacuumed up and when they dusted, they had valuable items sitting on the edges of cabinets. I also have things with a lot of sentimental value and they had been placed so that if anyone had bumped the cabinets, these items that cannot be replaced would have easily broken. The counters looked like they'd come in and just shoved everything aside to clean and hadn't put anything back. I went to wash my hands and the soap had been moved to the opposite side of the sink. They weren't at all careful with anything! We had the vinyl flooring that looks like wood installed in our basement and they USED VINEGAR!! They ruined brand new floors. I've included pictures of the floors and just some of the dirt they were too lazy to clean. I know the person wasn't there for as long as they claimed to be there because they entered through my garage and I get a notification when the door is opened and closed. It takes one person at least 4 hours to clean my house. This person was gone in less than two hours. They left a filthy house and when I left messages for the owner, I didn't hear back for a week. She was supposedly sick but she told me she and her husband ran this company. I should have heard back from one of them. We all get sick but that doesn't mean we can just blow off our jobs. A phone call shouldn't be too terribly taxing, especially since they work out of their house! Their work ethic is very poor and they charge way too much. If their work matched their price, I'd have happily paid them to clean. I won't stand for laziness and I'm certainly not going to pay for it. I'd never recommend that anyone use them. For the minimal amount done, I could have quickly cleaned. I've been having this house cleaned for over 20 years and I've never had a job done so poorly. I recommend asking people for recommendations via social media. Friends can write 4 and 5 star reviews but neighbors won't recommend companies like this one. Don't use this company! A 10 year old would have done a better job. The workers for this company do the bare minimum and don't even know what products to use on surfaces. The only thing they know how to do is get in and out of houses as quickly as possible and get your money.

They didn't even put the plastic carpet protectors on my dining room table chairs, sofa, chairs end tables. They left dining room chairs on other furniture and left my piano bench on the sofa. When I asked for floor protector they just handed me some and I had to do it myself. They took the nosel off my bathroom sink to put it on their equipment. They put it back on and somehow crammed it on off the thread and it squirts out the sides all over the place. It was a total disaster. I can not even use my bathroom sink now. I hope I can salvage my carpet & the plumber doesn't cost too much. The company saw my review on google and called me. The guy I talked to said he was the owner & the weird questions were related to them trying to up sell. I told the best way of doing this would be just to ask if they could clean any other carpets not asking what was downstairs in my basement. It would of made their intentions clear and not left me the feeling my home was being cased. I explained to him the next day my carpet still was damp in areas, I got what I would call excuses. It was also no longer soft. I let him know other than not having water between my toes after a water extraction I would also expect after a cleaning that my furniture to put back in place with protectors on wooden legs and they at least check the faucet to make sure they got the cap threaded on. He offered to fix it and return my payment to me, if and only if I removed my review. I had planned on taking him up on the offer to get my payment returned in exchange for removing my unsatisfactory review (I was very uncomfortable about them returning). Later that same day I received a text from the guy that said he was the owner telling me to remove my review by 9 am the next morning or he would be contacting his attorney. I have included their text to me in a screen shot below. For me once a company threatens me with more aggravation for giving them the curtesy of a review & exercising my constitutional rights I am done with that company. Below is the condition my furniture was left after I put the protectors on some legs. Picture of areas where the spots that I mentioned earlier. I had an accident that resulted in paint spilling on a chair in the living room. The technician used some solvent and a brush but wasn't able to clean the chair. As I was also having my carpets cleaned, there were floor units in my home. The technician, without my consent or knowledge, decided to use a floor unit on my delicate chair to try to take out the paint and all it did was leave a water mark and worse yet, ruined the fabric. My review is on a move-in cleaning. We recently purchased a new home and I chose Best Cleaning. I…read morewas 100% comfortable from the initial contact with Jessica. The day before we moved in, I let them know that we had a high ceiling fan in our living room in case they needed to bring a ladder. I was told they didn't carry ladders on the truck but had extension rods that should work. (Comments about cleaning this ceiling fan will be explained later). I spent from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm with Brian. In my opinion, he was totally overwhelmed with this job. He thought it was in my best interest from a cost standpoint to not call in for assistance. Brian did an excellent job of cleaning the bathrooms and cleaning out the refrigerators we'd purchased. The company was aware of my requests for specific cleaning service well in advance. I wanted the couches and other upholstery steam-cleaned as well as the steps. The prior owners did have pets, so there was quite a bit of pet hair that needed to be vacuumed. Below are my lists of complaints and specific problems for future readers to consider. 1. Brian brought in a 2-3 step, step ladder. When the extension rod didn't reach the fan blades, he stacked 4 square loose stones onto the step ladder. While stepping off the stool, he missed the last step and knocked a spare stone onto my hardwood floor. This is in the open area of the floor and NOT underneath the couch. It dented 3 chips in the wood; which I've had to try and fix myself. There is NO way he didn't know what he did. I should have commented at the time but didn't. My fault. Who stacks stones to step on, to reach high above your head? 2. The steam-cleaning of the couch and chairs was below adequate on actual cleaning. Cleaning solution that smelled good was sprayed all over; which also went onto the hardwood floors. The equipment used seemed fine, but half-way through, the hand cleaner piece overheated. ?? The final touch-up/mopping of the hardwood floors was cloudy looked terrible. My husband and I wiped over it the next day and used a dry cloth which helped greatly! 3. Finally, I quietly questioned in my head, "why" he didn't dry vacuum in advance of steam cleaning the carpets. When I reached out to his wife, the other owner, she explained that they feel you get a much better clean, and it costs you less, if they simply do the steam cleaning alone. This is absolutely not true, despite pet hair - as I regular vacuumed the next day and removed 6 canisters of "stuff." While I appreciate that this company worked "very hard" to clean my house, I feel I greatly overpaid for the service I received; including the damage to the floor. I honestly feel I should have just cleaned the house myself as it would have saved an entire day, $$$ and a dented floor. I'm a good person and did provide Brian a tip for his service simply because I would have felt bad in not doing so.
