He was supposed to have brought two trucks. He brought one and it was a U-Haul truck. It wasn't even a company truck. This is a warning to the public. I would never want anyone else to experience what I've experienced. Now I have hired another company to come in and clean up the mess. I will forgive this company for what they've done to my life. On cleaning day, they used a code to get in and did an amazing job of dusting, cleaning our whole house and somehow managed to get the inside of my oven clean (add on service) which would have been a gigantic pain for me to do on my own. They made our beds and did some sweet touches like blankets and toilet paper folded into heart shapes (tried to get a picture but my 3 year old was too excited to play with the hearts!) Most communication was done through text, which was super convenient for me. I have not used a house cleaning service before, so cannot make true cost comparisons, however, I appreciated the discount that was offered and I felt the attention to detail and customer service was well worth the price I paid.
