My family has benefited from the work of his team on a few occasions and it's the same quality every time. The ladies are so trustworthy that we can leave our valuables unlocked and not worry if they're going to be stolen. They have cleaned a few times even when we're not home and return our keys. They leave little things around the house that make it evident they've been here cleaning. I especially like when they create origami from a toilet paper roll. I'm not kidding. It's a nice touch! Hire them, and you'll see how good they treat their customers.

First time I requested carpet cleaning - they simply rented a machine at Home Depot and left the carpet soggy wet. I slipped on the stairs and fell, requiring emergency room CT scans for a concussion which were $30K in bills. Second time hired them to do a deep cleaning (home was spotless before they came but needed carpet cleaning). Paid $500. When we arrived the next day there were clumps of dog hair in corners and the carpet had a blanket of dog hair. It was obviously not even vacuumed. We had to leave as this is a second home for us. Arrived a couple weeks later and vacuumed - a 5 x 10 rug resulted in a two full vacuums of dog hair - obviously never vacuumed. The owner of this business could have made this right, but decided not to. Do not use this cleaning company.

I mean dried up and browned out dead. clearly some sort of chemical burn. I saw one of the cleaners washing down the plants as they were washing the roof and wondered why. well I wonder why?! I asked them before they started to do you need me to move the cars or anything and they said no. we could have easily moved the plants, but their mailing said it was safe for plants. even their mailing card had their website misspelled; that should have been a warning. stay away. if it can kill your plants i am afraid of what it could do to us or our pets.
