The ladies are so trustworthy that we can leave our valuables unlocked and not worry if they're going to be stolen. They have cleaned a few times even when we're not home and return our keys. They leave little things around the house that make it evident they've been here cleaning. I especially like when they create origami from a toilet paper roll. I'm not kidding. It's a nice touch! Hire them, and you'll see how good they treat their customers.

First time I requested carpet cleaning - they simply rented a machine at Home Depot and left the carpet soggy wet. I slipped on the stairs and fell, requiring emergency room CT scans for a concussion which were $30K in bills. Second time hired them to do a deep cleaning (home was spotless before they came but needed carpet cleaning). Paid $500. When we arrived the next day there were clumps of dog hair in corners and the carpet had a blanket of dog hair. It was obviously not even vacuumed. We had to leave as this is a second home for us. Arrived a couple weeks later and vacuumed - a 5 x 10 rug resulted in a two full vacuums of dog hair - obviously never vacuumed. The owner of this business could have made this right, but decided not to. Do not use this cleaning company.

She offered to come by personally the next morning to get the job done. Tara and her husband arrived punctually with an armory of supplies and spent 3.5 hours cleaning the place like it had never been cleaned before. My wife was so happy she gave Tara a hug when it was over. The experience was seamless and the service was outstanding, especially given the short notice. Already hired Tara again to clean after we leave and will be calling her again before we arrive in the future!
