Overall, their cleaning service is ok, but they have a lot of problems as well. First, they were late to our appointment. It was scheduled for 11:30am. I called them at 12 and they didn't call me back until 12:30 to tell me they were running behind, and it wouldn't be until 3:30 that they could come over! 3 1/2 hours later!?! I said this wasn't possible so they said they would skip their next appointment (too bad whoever that was) and come clean our place. The cleaning ladies did a good job, but it was difficult communicating with them since they didn't speak much English. They missed some spots but when we pointed them out, they cleaned them. They didn't follow the pre-cleaning consultation list at all. That was worthless. If you want just a basic cleaning every week, this might be an option for you. But if you want customized cleaning, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Bought the Yelp deal assuming a quick turn around was possible. When we rescheduled them for a future date to provide a move in/move out clean for a vacant house, it wasn't obvious they had been there. Carpets weren't vacuumed, spots and streaks were present in mirrors and glass. I reached out to the business and never heard back even after indicating that I want selling a refund. Had to call another service to get the place cleaned properly. Some sort of response from the company seems appropriate. Even if they offered to redo it at this point, I wouldn't trust them. read more

Clean It is convenient and easy to work with. They do a good job cleaning, however depending on the team they are using, they can be slow and costly. I have a 3bdrm,2ba 2000sf ranch and it took 8.5hrs and they didn't touch the appliances or ceiling fans to name just a couple. read more

I have used More than Just Windows twice. Both times compliments of Groupon. The first time the women who came were absolutely fabulous. They cleaned so well I was delighted and eager to have them come back. The second time they came (a different group of cleaners) was two days before my daughter's wedding. It was awful. As one example, when they left I had to rewash the kitchen floor with my swiffer which was absolutely dirty when I finished. (This was within minutes of their leaving. They had not even moved the chairs to vacuum, much less wash the floor). When someone from the company called later that day to see how they did, I told her how disappointed I was with the cleaning that had just occurred. Her reply? "Oh, well, we have had complaints about that group". Lateness was also an issue the second time. And who cares about them cleaning the oven? Just get the house clean for heaven's sake! The oven is self-cleaning. They insisted on cleaning it even though I had told everyone I did not want it cleaned. It was so depressing to have to reclean many areas of the house when I had so much to do with the wedding in two days. And not even an apology. Incredible... read more
