He also did a wonderful deep-clean of a sofa that gets a lot of wear and tear, with the same results. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, quality of service and obvious commitment to customer care. Guy that came (I think is the owner) was very short and rude with me. I told him the price was too much and he got pissed off he made the drive to Grimes. I didn't appreciate his attitude. I was ready to walk away from the deal, and basically told him "goodbye". He lowered the price a lot since I wasn't going to budge. I reluctantly agreed since I was moving out. Still way too expensive and didn't do a great job. Just went with him since my landlord was forcing me to pay for carpet cleaning, and was busy with other things.
