I've loved Clean Juice in the past (Birkdale Village store) but today this store was not great. Ordered on a kiosk that took three times longer than if the kiosk didn't exist and the two employees would've just taken our order. To be fair, they greeted us when we came in but then it was obvious that we were meant to order using the kiosk. I got "The Hardcore One" fresh juice and my partner had "The Intense One" protein smoothie ($10 each). We've had both before several times and these just tasted rotten. I will definitely give Clean Juice another try but today either the produce was past date or the recipes were off. Love this brand, so grateful for a fresh organic juicery in the hood, and next time I'll also be trying their cold pressed coffee bowl! Mmmmmm read more

Stopped here on a whim after a business meeting in Mooresville and I'm so glad I did! My first impression is that the store is clean and despite being the only person working, Anna was very pleasant, helpful and efficient! I have been at the location in Matthews before and have always felt like a bother. Not so at this location. Anna calls you by name and sends you on your way with a kind word. As far as the food, I had the Detoxifying One and Avocado Toast and both were Fantastic. So often the menu picture looks better than what you get, but here it was better! I'll definitely be returning and can't recommend this location enough! read more

Saturday was super disappointing. I tried reaching out through a private message on FB but no response. I even questioned it as the guy who made it admitted he was in training but the only other girl working said it was the correct size. This is not a full drink. Even though I asked for it to be split for my girls- this is insanely small. The 1st pic is when we combined the drinks. The immunity drink was also a 24 oz split (seemed slightly short). The 2nd picture is how they looked when they handed them to me in kids size cups. My kids were EXTREMELY disappointed, and since we were headed a show, I didn't have time to stay and discuss any further. We frequent clean juice a lot but may be reconsidering it. I finally did it. I tried my first acai bowl..... and loved it. Thank you Clean Juice! Clearly not having a clue what I was doing, I needed some help from the staff prior to placing my order. Everyone was super helpful and excited to create the perfect bowl for me! The ambiance in here is great, and everything is very clean. Should have turned around and walked out when I saw the condition of the store. A complete mess, food all over the counter, no employees in sight. Ordered an açaí bowl & watched as very brown bananas were cut up to put on top (gross) then told (after ordering) that there was no granola. I would not have ordered if I'd known that ahead of time. I told the girl preparing my order this and she continued making the bowl and did not offer a refund. In fact she was irritated that I no longer wanted it & I ended up having to pay additional for two bottled drinks because I couldn't stomach anything else being made in this store. Excellent product, convenient location, and friendly customer service. Sometimes the staff seems slightly clueless but again they're high school/college students so what are you going to do? I love I can go to the coffee shop next-door and get some work done and then grab a bowl for my lunch. This is the third time I've ordered for pick up, showed up after the time it was supposed to be ready and the food wasn't made yet. My first time there was great! However my second time and third time was not. The team isn't really customer service friendly and the items I had the second and third time I visited were not made the same as when they were made the first time I went. I've done several 1 & 3 day juice cleanses with them. I like the grab & go cooler for when I am in a hurry. It does take some time for them to make a smoothie, juice or bowl, so make sure you have a little time to wait on the creation of your selection. They also serve Summit coffee. They recently got rid of their baked treats, but you can still get their toasts. I tend to order the seasonal items because they always sound so yummy & I have yet to be disappointed. Did you know Clean Juice now offers salads!? I did but I didn't think they would be filling enough and so I held out for the longest time...until now! I had a Spinach Salad for lunch today (and paired it with an Orange Cold Pressed Juice for $15 - special promo). It came with a Tessmae Green Goddess dressing pack which is one of my favorite salad dressing brands. The salad had hard boiled egg, strawberries, walnuts, quinoa, and tons of spinach. You're in the business of providing healthy products but you don't protect your employees or clients from the Covid 19 virus. We are in the midst of a pandemic. Was really excited to find a juice shop that prioritized organic ingredients, even if that meant paying a little more for it, but my gripe comes in due to my recent experience. I was frequenting the location in mooresville and enjoyed it, so I suggested my fiancé try it (he works across the way from this Davidson location) The only way to place an online order now is through the app, and when you download there's a $10 credit applied toward your first purchase, which is awesome can, right!?...right!? Instead of his first order being $3, our account was charged $45!! He told them about it straight away and they said it would take a couple of days to refund to our account. A couple days passes and nothing, so I call. I talked to a shift leader b/c the manager was in Asheville. She proceeded to explain that this happened several times with the app throughout the week, but they were "working on getting ppl their money back." She told me about one customer who was charged $120 for oatmeal...and kind of laughed it off. She did say she would call her manager and get right back to me...the whole day passes and no word...the next day passes and no word...no refund either. Product is good, but $10 is plenty enough for a smoothie, we certainly didn't intend to pay nearly $50 Bad business practice not to get back to customers with some definitive information about what's going on with the money they were overcharged. read more

We ordered two berry bowls and a nutty bowl and were not told that strawberries were out of season. They're still in the grocery store but OK they're out of season. So the nutty bowl only had bananas and granola. The berry bowl had some dried berries banana and granola. Please don't call it a berry bowl if it doesn't have berries. Blueberries would've even been nice. Definitely not worth $12.95 a piece. Called the owner or manager Josh. He was not helpful he was apologetic but did not offer me any sort of compensation. I ordered a juice and a toasted sandwich, it took over 30 minutes and I was the only one in the store. The juice machine was dirty, the napkins were out and I got my sandwich cold, very disappointed. The 2 boys in the store were talking, ordering pizza, and looking at schedules on their phone. Please put some resources into the store to bring it up to standard. read more

I do my best to live a healthy lifestyle. I love the juices, smoothies, bowls, toast, and occasional healthy baked treat at Clean Juice. My favorite is the Double One, which I have after my early morning workouts. In the evenings, the Coffee One is a great healthy snack. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! When I travel, I seek out places like this, and always compare them to Clean Juice. I have a very difficult time finding places that I like as well..
