The stump grinding was scheduled three times--May 3, May 17, and May 24--but each time it was canceled. On May 24, I was told the owner had been seriously injured by a tree and they'd reschedule ASAP. I followed up multiple times over the next few months, expressing sympathy and asking for updates, but received no response. I even sent a certified letter on July 25, which was rejected and returned to me unopened. As of today Aug 8, 2025 the stumps remain unground, the shed damage hasn't been addressed, and the company has stopped communicating entirely. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and follow-through.
