    Day 5: called Catherine to explain to her the house is still too warm and the AC is not doing it's…read morejob by cooling it down. She responded by telling me the house is working at it's full capacity and that the AC tech's report showed nothing was wrong with the AC and out of the goodness of his heart he offered to do a full tune up on the unit..obviously something was wrong if he has to flush and recharge the freon! And just because his report says he fixed it and left it at working condition.. Doesn't mean it is working! Did he come back to inspect his work after my complaint?? NO! First off how can you as the property manager accept that?? Wouldn't you want to verify the facts after receiving a complaint about a dissatisfied service you paid for?? After an endless battle she told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to contact the booking agent at Sunshine named Nancy because a prior authorization is needed. So I called over to Sunshine and the receptionist named Sara answered, I explained to her my situation and she was sympathetic and said she will try to contact Nancy at her private number and advised me that it is her day off. Which I can understand.. But from 1:00pm-6pm she did not once call to let me know the status.. At least have the curtesy to call and let me know what's going on.. (Wasted a day just sitting around waiting for someone to call me back!) btw the clog in the bathroom came back for an hour and unclogged itself again.. Must be a piping issue?? Day 6: heading to the happiest place on earth.. Left the house 8am and was hoping I would get a call to resolve this.. Sunshine's operating hours are 9am-6pm I called at 9:30 and left another message with another girl because Nancy was not in yet. As the day went on I gave yet to get a call back. I called Sunshine AGAIN! this was now 1:00pm. Nancy picked up and immediately was defensive about not being the one who is responsible because she was just the one booking the reservation.. At this time I'm like WHAT THE HELL! No one seems to want to take responsibility for the problems I've been through. I went back and front with all representatives.. Rebecca and Barbara at Florida Getaway, Nancy at Florida Sunshine, and Catherine at KBL. Everyone basically gave to the run around telling me I need to talk to this person and that person and that it was out of their hands. So basically no customer satisfaction AT ALL... **Another thing was, they try to pin the non working AC on us, saying the reason why it wasn't working because we left doors and windows open. Why in the world would I want the house to be hot?? Especially 6 days straight? Also, they said because I'm running the garage AC it's affecting the ability of the house AC to work properly... I'm not electrician but what does a wall unit AC have anything to do with an HVAC system?? So are you saying I can run the washer or the AC won't work? Or I can't have cool air while watching TV? Better yet, should unplug the fridge so the AC would work better??? That's ridiculous! You guys are idiots!** What made it worst was... Catherine at KBL (the property manager of the house) told me any refund or concerns needs to go through Nancy the booking agent. Nancy told me, in order to get any refund or compensation for the inconvenience Catherine would be the one to agree. I told Nancy to try and put herself in my situation and if she was what would she want done. She agreed that she too would be upset. She told me that she would have gotten a second opinion on the AC, but that would cost the tenant $ out of pocket. I went on Florida Sunshine's website to search for another house. I found one right next door available till the In the end of the month. Which would accommodate the remain 2 days of my stay. Nancy wanted me to start a whole new reservation charging me another $600!!!!! I was like HELL NO! Then she asked me rudely screaming into the phone in her New York accent, what is it that you want because I'm not understanding what is it that you want? Are you asking for a refund??? I told her. No! All I want is a working AC.. I want to be moved to the house next door and whatever the cost in differential from the remain 2 nights I have, Catherine at KBL should cover... I think that was more than fair. She agreed to relay the message and when she called me back, I was given an ultimatum... 1- KBL would refund me the 2 remaining night but I would have to move out of the house NOW!(remember this conversation happened while I'm trying to enjoy my time at Disney World) 2-finish out the stay and STOP COMPLAINING! I was heated!!! All that calling.. Wasting my minutes and saliva talking and getting absolutely NOWHERE! This was my most horrible experience at any rental.. I've had better experiences staying at a timeshare seminar.. I WOULD NOT EVER Recommend you booking through Florida Sunshine Agency! Or KBL property management.. Because Customer Service is NOT their main goal. To be continued..

    I recently rented a house managed by KBL. I called them to tell them the pool cues were broken…read moreupon my arrival. Now they want to charge me to replace them. When I called to ask where the carpet cleaner was that the welcome manual said was provided. She very friendly said just spot clean it with dish soap and we will clean it when you leave. This cost me $175. The scotch guarded couch which was apparently so stained (we never even ate on it) cost me $50 to clean. Beware of renting from this company. Before leaving I spent a whole day disinfecting four bathrooms, sweeping and vacuuming floors and washing towels so as not to leave any extra laudry. I got a bill for $350. Run people, run......
