The deep cleaning done was poor - left crumbs on counters, didn't wipe down front of appliances and trash, hand prints on walls/light switches, etc... again they represented and charged for deep clean. Upon giving them very "gentle" feedback, the owner called/texted repeatedly clearly to argue and not make service right. The next time they came back the service was better. I then asked how long they spent at the house just for planning purposes - owner responded she didn't know and took much longer than expected and she was raising the price by $35 to $175. Very disrespectful- who needs a cleaner that is going to argue and not stay true to their word especially when not very good. I'm used to working w cleaning services that may need some feedback but this one clearly does not respond in any type of professional manner. I would not recommend!
