They used larger screws and more frequent spacers than the prior folks on my property and, although they product hasn't been tested yet, I am optimistic they will hold up based on the expertise I witnessed. I asked them to do some extra work and fix some very poorly spaced snow breaks and they did it with very little extra charge. I'm very happy!

Worst of all, an entire section of roof over my laundry room wasn't properly sealed or fastened. Despite repeated promises, they never delivered. I've had to hire a second roofing company just to fix their shoddy work. The owner won't even return my calls--clearly he doesn't stand by his work or care about customers. Bottom line: subpar quality, no accountability, and a total lack of professionalism.

If you risk him have a signed rock-solid performance contract to include materials lists, performance stds/schedules to include penalties if not performed as per the contract/schedule. Do not pay him any $ until he personally shows up on the jobsite with the agreed to materials to begin the project.
