First off, I don't even want to give a star but have to so I can post a review…read more I called Table Rock Restoration when my air conditioner backed up in my basement. I had numerous issues with how they handled that incident; took several days to get estimate, lack of communication, lied, etc. The next week by toilet backed up but I was already committed to them. (I thought I could get these two issues combined with my insurance company.) The second incident - five days later - my toilet and shower backed up it; it was considered gray water so everything had to be torn out. I felt as professionals they should have realized that during the first incident as they were draining the dehumidifier in my downstairs toilet and the basement got wetter because the toilet backed up (as their meter readings would have showed but they mysteriously lost them). I felt since this was their job and specialty that they should have recognized when it got wetter that there was a problem and the second incident would have been avoided. Regardless work had to be done. Since I was out of pocket for the first incident and had a $1500 deductible for the second one I decided to do some of the work myself and they did some. When we got closer to finishing the basement I told them I needed them to do the trimwork as I was new to using a miter saw. They did not include it in the quote and I didn't notice it. My fault! I should not assumed they listened. The main thing is they put my $700 vanity in crooked. My house is older and the walls aren't plumb but instead of calling me (remember there is no trimwork up) they pushed it up to the back wall (which would be hidden with a mirror) and left a huge gap on the side wall. But as I learned today that is my fault. Not only did they do this, but they ruined my sliding glass door security bar, dented my screen door (will have to replace), the master drywaller left holes in the drywall and crap on the floor and in my shower (my guy who tiled charged me extra because he had to clean up) and I was told that I need to order a new piece of countertop to make their mistake look right. Was made an offer for them to come in and fix the drywall but refused. I do NOT want them in my home again. So to fix their mistakes I will have to spend around $150 - $200 of my own money - this is not insurance related. They did not apologize (which is my main thing) nor did they reduce their bill. Will not recommend them again and absolutely won't use them again.

We had work done as a "restoration" by these "professionals". They did a horrible job. The hardwood…read moreflooring has waves in it because the lack of new subfloor plywood. The guest shower wasn't assembled correctly so a simple push on a panel has it separate from the other. The grout in the bathroom tile is chipping away after two months of use. No caulking was applied around bathroom fixtures so any water would seep directly into floor. The fans in bathroom that pull moisture out are directed into the attic so the wet air is collected by the insulation. The list goes on and on. Sometimes a business should stick to what they're good at. i.e. wet vacuuming carpet, cleanup ect. Leave the home remodeling\restoration to the real professionals. We ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this company for these services. Period

These people clean our kitchen grout and tile about four times a year. Call me a drama queen but…read morewhen they started doing my floor, it changed my life! Sometimes they also do the floor in a little half-bath. When I clean my floor myself, it just doesn't look as awesome. Maybe these people clean floors in hotels or something. Not sure. They are just good at what they do. Our floor tile is terra cotta. I like it. The grout is evil. It's off-white and sort of granular. When I clean it, it looks ok. ---- When they clean it, it looks spotless!

Update 7-5-24, still no refund and no communication given. But I have been blocked on Facebook…read more We wanted our blinds cleaned after our house was renovated. We had some dog smudges in the bottom corners of our cellular shades from them peeking their heads out the window. We were so excited for our house to look and feel refreshed. Cody brought our shades back after construction finished. They were black. (See picture.) Our top rail has a giant scrape across the top. (See picture.) one blind came back with a broken spring. Cody stood by his work, said he would clean them again, and he would contact Bali about the broken spring. And although it was not an ideal solution, he offered to find a paint to match our rail and touch it up. We agreed. Cody was anything but careful with our blinds when he was removing them from our windows. His hands were dirty. He threw them into his van without using blankets. Again, I was nervous but trusted the professional. We got our blinds back May 28, he installed them, again with dirty hands. It didn't take long before we realized our blinds were damaged. Every single blind is scraped and dented. (See pictures.) There are black finger prints on the shades. Cody offered to paint our blind rails but because every blind would be painted, we told him that we didn't feel good about that. He said he would check with Bali about replacing the bottom rails. We have called, we have texted, we have sent his business messages on Facebook. Cody has not called back, he has not texted back, but he responded on messenger saying we would get a refund. $309. He didn't tell us how or when we would get the refund. He also has not followed up on solutions for our damaged blinds. We are still waiting... We are completely disappointed in the service he provided, lack of communication, and are now stuck with damaged and dirty blinds. If we could turn back time, I would have never worried about the minimal dog smudges... I do not recommend 417 Cleaning Connection.l
