They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! I got an overall quote to bring my house to code, Ross explained and showed me each fix that needed done. I feel the quote was very reasonable so it's something I'll be doing down the road. Today, the guys (Ross and Eli) corrected another independent guys mess up. I now have a hall light that works by turning off by a wall switch. They offer a $89 service fee. After the assessment I was given a quote, at that point had the option to proceed with the work or decline. I feel with the price of gas and price to run a van 35 miles away is a fair deal on the service fee. I'm 100% happy with my experience with Lightspeed Electric. They will be my go to from this point on.

Horrible! Where do I…read morebegin? I paid them to stain and finish the exterior logs of my two-story log cabin with a premium product from Sashco costing me $7000. I was told I wouldn't have to touch the exterior logs for years. Months later, it looks like the cabin hasn't been touched. Months later, they sent someone over when I wasn't home and they PAINTED my deck - which was never part of the original job - in fact, I specified that they not touch any wood whatsoever that was covered by a roof or awning. I had to wait months for them to send someone out to fix my front deck. The guy they sent, Bryant, told me he was the guy on the job who stained and finished the exterior logs and he remarked that something was certainly wrong with the job. The owner, Steve, has refused to address this after multiple phone calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. He'll be hearing from my attorney!
