They did a good job cleaning. I was told it would be $65 per hour. They charged $130 hour. Apparently the $65 was for one house keeper. I was over charged an extra $60 which they did give back to me. $130/hour seems high for house keeping. I will look for another company in the future read more

So my wife hired this company for a deep clean prior to a milestone party. The pair they sent, Bianca -and I didn't catch her name-, were prompt, and they tore into their work with tremendous energy. When finished, they asked if we'd like to check their work. Walking around our home we've lived in 5 years, if the furniture was removed, it would be a brand new home. Talk about making a place sparkle and shine. They did the exhaust fan vents in the bathrooms, they cleaned blinds front and back, inside of windows, dumped trash, did dishes; most of which was above and beyond. Wish we could afford to hire them regularly. Bottom line if you need cleaning services you should seriously consider hiring them. Clean Stride did a fantastic job for us. read more

Needed help before coming home from hospital. Addie or Maddie from Clean Stride spent much of the time in Master suite, no floors were cleaned, possibly spray dusted bathtub and shower but not cleaned. It appeared her only purpose that day was to steal from my house. She brought in and then took four zipped up bags out the front door containing a brand new blanket, new shoes, lots of clothes (left the hangers), jewelry, q-tips, bars of Irish spring soap, there's more, and she couldn't resist the family heirloom copper bucket from Grandma. Then, you'd think that was enough, the credit card used to pay Clean Stride was also used 3 days later at a hair salon unauthorized. So, BE AWARE, this was a complete scam to get into our home and steal. When I contacted the owner who is responsible for sending this employee her response was to put another person on the phone who plainly was a bit crass of a fellow. Unprofessional. How can this person own other businesses! Reported. Never got the service I paid for/lost hundreds of dollars worth of personal items. read more

I just moved to the Bakersfield area and needed a team to come in and do a deep cleaning of our new home. Clean Stride sent the amazing team of Andrea, Mari, and Mark. Mari and Andrea tackled the home and made the place look like new. They were very thorough and did not miss any spots. I am so pleased with the work they did and would hire them over and over again!! Mark arrived a little later to tackle the carpet. He did an amazing job, the carpet looks brand new. I was apprehensive because of the condition of the carpet, however he impressed me so much with the cleaning and he saved me some money since I don't have to change it anytime soon. This cleaning service is fabulous! Adriana (the owner, is organized and professional with scheduling and hiring. I get automated texts, telling me when exactly the crew is going to arrive at my house. They also text me when they are finished cleaning, which enables me to set my house alarm remotely. Both Lilly and Izamar are great cleaners and also super kind and friendly. They even remain kind and friendly when my house is invaded by my small grand children in the middle of their cleaning. My sister bought us a gift card for what Clean Stride calls a "4 hour priority" cleaning, a single lady showed up and said "I need to know what areas you want me to start with cause we only have 4 hours do do what areas you consider a priority" I asked her why a company would charge 225$ for 4 hours of cleaning and only send 1 person. Obviously the woman sent to my home is not at fault and she did a very good job cleaning what she could by herself. But my issue is more the fact that as a company they send one person out for a "timed job" and just called now that she is 3.5 hours in and told if we want the rest of what my wife asked to have cleaned it will take her another 1.5 hours and 90$ additional. I have had housekeepers before and I used to pay 150 every 2 weeks and they would spend at least 4 hours each time and had at least 2 and sometimes 3 people. It's just plain overpriced and poor business to charge by the hour and send only one person. Then say that the additional charge is because I "want too much done? read more

This business owner is apparently working under another business name as well. Not sure why the owner would ask for her checks be made out to her personally since we hired north west janitorial. The husband and wife owners act like you commit a crime by bringing problems to their attention. They'll try to blame you. So that's why I decided to take pictures. They were hired for a specific time, once weekly cleaning. They were almost never on time since picking up more clients. The owner felt like she could send her crew over whenever she wanted. The owner herself set bad example for her cleaning crew to be sloppy. Totally unprofessional, sloppy, not on time, the cleaning crew is always right mentality. Crew doesn't speak English. If you want your cleaning job done right don't hire these people. I had some areas redone once and I might as well have done it myself. It was another sloppy job because the owners came over in street clothes and brought their child. I could go on but there are better things to do. Hire at your own risk! read more

Called clean stride to clean our carpets before our newborn arrives. Our carpets are all white and very worn, used looking with many spills. Wasn't expecting for every stain to come out I didn't have high hopes about having white carpet again just thought it would at least be clean. Little did I know when Brian was done his work made a huge difference most of the pet stains and ugly black spots looked like carpet again! I called for move in cleaning service but wasn't sure when escrow would close. Adriana was so patient with me as I kept changing the date on her. We finally closed Friday, which I had to change the date of cleaning service for Saturday. She gathered up her crew last minute and they were able to clean Saturday morning. There were really deep stains on the kitchen tile counter tops and the sink looked so stained up and dirty I was afraid they weren't going to be able to remove it. When I walked in I was so impressed by how immaculately clean everything was! The sink was super white and stains were gone on the kitchen counter tops. Overall all the windows, bathrooms everything in the kitchen, baseboards, ceiling fans, floors were super clean. I highly recommend this cleaning service. Not only do they do a good job but also for a reasonable price and Adriana will go out of her way to make sure the job is done when you want it and how you want it. This place is an absolute joke! Paid $600 for a move out cleaning, usually that includes EVERYTHING. I expected for $600, and 3 cleaners for 6 hours that the apartment would be sparkling clean! Nope, what I got was dirty floors, untouched baseboards, windows, blinds. The sides of stove weren't touched. They came out 2 other times to rectify and I got berated by the condescending owner, he tried making me feel bad that the apartment was really dirty, well after so many years of being occupied it's going to be worn, and isn't that why I hired them in the first place??? When they gave me my estimate they had come to the apartment to look and what the job would be and ensured me I would be satisfied and would get my deposit back. The quote was for carpet, tile and grout cleaning and then a move out cleaning service, that wasn't done, they didn't touch the tile and grout. When I asked why they said it'd be another $100 for the small kitchen and dining area!! Not only am I out $600 but also part of my deposit from property management because the apartment needs to be re cleaned! Beware of these phonies! Horrible business owners, I'm a business owner myself and my customers happiness comes first!! I would NEVER burn someone especially for $600 for a shotty job! read more

My wife scheduled cleaners ,she was surprised when they arrived and there was a communication barrier due to maids not speaking English which is odd considering the owners state all English speakers.It's a 2000 sq ft home with little kids that have colored with crayons on the wall etc and we are currently remodeling areas of the house so we didn't have them touch a master bedroom,the office area and one bedroom just needed walls and floorboards cleaned.With the initial amount being stated as 600-650,the ladies who cleaned were nice ,they ended up charging 900 dollars at the end of the day .There was a few things they missed...like dusting pictures above 5 ft ,there was several spots on the walls they missed etc,not a big deal just finish the job especially at 900 bucks,so when I called to see if they could spend 30 minutes and finish it ...the owner responded back saying that my home was very dirty and if they had sent her before pics she would have declined,but they didn't and she didn't so instead they charged 900 dollars and left me with an unfinished job and a weak excuse.After looking back at yelps and realizing that Adriana is very unprofessional in the way that all she does is make excuses and blame the customers for the mistakes made by her business ,her website shows a lot of positive things,but when dealing with her on legitimate complaints she is the opposite of a professional or positive.She charged A+ fee for a b+ job and she gets an F for her customer service skills.If you looking for cleaners and your house isn't already clean go to another company or prepare for Adriana to make excuses and attack you verbally in some sort of way as an excuse. read more

I have no words to express how great full I am to Clean Stride and their crew. We have been remodeling our house getting it ready to sell. I was very overwhelmed with the work I needed to do to get the house ready. Clean stride came in and cleaned it from top to bottom, including polishing the brass hand rails on the staircase and the brass chimney. I went into my granddaughters room her bed was made and all the stuffed animals were fixed so cute. They also cleaned the carpets, tile and power washed the deck. I would like to thank Brian for his assistance. My father had an accident which caused quite a large a large blood stain on the carpet in the master bedroom. A family member had recommended and gave Brian. He came out to the house that evening to see what he could do. I initially thought he was there just to give me an estimate. Called for a last minute small job. My rugs were really dirty. I had hosted a party on Saturday and my family walked all over my rugs and someone spilled a michelada . Brian was very professional, arrived on time which is important to me, did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in our entire home, and cleaned up the work area when he was finished with the job. Our carpets were in serious need of cleaning and Brian was able to get them back in pristine condition. He even made some good suggestions based on his professional experience. The transition from the living room carpet to kitchen tile had become untucked and unsightly. Brian took it upon himself to stretch the carpet back into place and get it tucked back under the tile at no extra charge. What an awesome work ethic.
