General manager Rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness vs proactiveness, not addressing, much less actually finding solutions to the mutiple problems, resulting in months of delays, compounding the probles and customer unhappiness. Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating. Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered. BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. If this is a regular practice, coercion, intimidation and retaliatory business practices, it explains why you don't see negative reviews for their company.

She offered to come by personally the next morning to get the job done. Tara and her husband arrived punctually with an armory of supplies and spent 3.5 hours cleaning the place like it had never been cleaned before. My wife was so happy she gave Tara a hug when it was over. The experience was seamless and the service was outstanding, especially given the short notice. Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service.
