A former kitchen designer, Lori not only listened to what we were looking for, but offered numerous ideas and suggestions that resulted in an amazing experience. In fact, we were so pleased with Lori D. that we ended up doing three closets, a medicine cabinet, the kitchen pantry and the cabinets for the garage. Although more than we expected to spend when we started the project, we're so pleased with the choices we made. After working with Lori D. as the sales/design professional, we then got to work with Victoria C. for the final measurements and project installation. Excellent experience. Did 5 closets with shelves and drawers. Our sale professional was terrific. Came to the house on several occasions to measure and review options. Very meticulous. We went through several iterations and in each case our sales professional provided three dimensional mock-ups and revised pricing. No pressure at any point. Very respectful and customer focused. Price was very competitive. The installation team did a terrific job. Real friendly, professional installers. Did a superb job with the installation. Each of the closets came out exactly as we had envisioned. Because of this great experience, we are having them do our laundry room cabinet renovation. Custom Closets & More has an excellent product, excellent installers, and excellent customer service. You can really judge a company by how accommodating a company is when something goes wrong. One of my cabinets was the wrong size (the height of my cabinets was staggered), and I didn't notice the mistake on the order form. As a matter of fact, I didn't notice the mistake until several days after everything was installed. Nevertheless, they immediately acknowledged that the cabinet should have been a different height, ordered a new one, removed the mistake, and reinstalled the new one - all for no additional charge. I love their promptness in keeping appointments too. I really can't say enough good things about this company! read more

I recently had the master closet done, unbelievable, we now have 3 times the amount of storage space. Before the redesign our closet was stuffed, disorganized and a sight for sore eyes, quite depressing actually. Now its a pleasure to walk into the closet and have everything in full view. The most amazing thing is we still have not filled in all the shelves. The installer/s were prompt, efficient and very friendly. Once the system was fully installed they patched all the holes from the existing system and painted. They also vacuumed the closet before leaving. Both were professional throughout the process. Stephanie worked with us to get the best design for two bedroom closets. She maximized all our features to accommodate what we needed. I was very pleased with Stefanie, the designer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She presented me with options that I hadn't thought of. She also pointed out why some of the features the design done by a competitive company would be problematic. Bryson and Zack, the installers, were prompt, professional and polite. They worked efficiently. They cleaned up after the installation and left the work space spotless. Their pricing was a tiny bit higher than the competitive bids. However, their work was well worth it. 10 days ago we completed our closet 'makeover' with Inspired Closets. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10+ !!! Designer Josh had great ideas while keeping our budget in mind. He gave us the functionality that we were looking for in our closets and laundry room. We also needed to maximize the space in the garage, so he designed a work space with cabinets, countertop, and closets. We had the floor done in epoxy and added a loft and slat wall. Called HL about our closet but as it worked out the closet was just to small and narrow to be able to do much with it.
