I've had closets installed from two other well-known closet companies at my other homes and this experience was easy, on budget and seamless. Beth at the Fort Meyers design center is professional and kept me informed and made many updates to the designs to make sure they were exactly right. The virtual reality process allows you to see the actual closet in 3D allowing you to make changes if it does not feel or look just right. General manager Rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness vs proactiveness, not addressing, much less actually finding solutions to the mutiple problems, resulting in months of delays, compounding the probles and customer unhappiness. Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating. Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered. BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. My cabinet door started to bubble after 13 months because it was defective. Either the cheap particle board they use or not enough glue or they dont seal the edges. They dont respond back in a proper time frame I have more work to be done , however they seemed to ignore my request. I would call someone else. Our designer, Elise, put together the perfect closet and pantry for our home. It more than doubles our storage, and I love how organized everything is now. Our installer, Colin, was professional, friendly and good with our dogs. He transformed our master bedroom closet and pantry in 5 hours. Garage cabinets look very nice. Good quality and the installer, Mikey, was excellent. Very nice young man, he did a very good job and cleaned up afterwards. Office staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, there were some issues. Waited 8 weeks for the cabinets and someone cut the doors too small so had to wait another 2 weeks for new doors. At the completion of the project was handed a final invoice that was almost $100 higher than the original quote, and the girl in the office couldn't explain why it was higher. I'm sorry, that's unacceptable. You can't quote one price and at the project completion come up with a different price. read more

The process was seamless, from floor selection to application, including being able to select our floor choice from Minnesota, with samples supplied. Diana was amazing and her recommendations hit the target. The team showed up on time and was done in promised time. I know my neighbors and friends will be calling to schedule their new floors. I run a large construction company in the midwest so I understand customer service, and so does inspired closets. They did some closets for me back in 2017 and i discovered a few problems with the drawers just before thanksgiving. I called them before Thanksgiving and they had a tech scheduled the tuesday after the holiday weekend. He came in and fixed the issue. I thought for sure i was going to get "your warranty has expired" excuse, but I didn't. From start to finish it was an amazing experience! I had a really weird angle of a closet wall and I wasn't sure how it was going to work. Chris worked with me to get the perfect design and utilized every space efficiently. They got me on the schedule for the install sooner than expected. We contracted with them for garage cabinets a year ago January. They started in march and the first day the installer walked off the job. they sent someone the following week and the first thing he told me is that he did punch lists-not installation. so many things went wrong-the first day he cut a hole in the butcher block for the sink--it fell through the hole-it was too big-then tells me to go and buy a bigger sink. he ran out of shelves;during the last summer they were to fix things-when I returned to Florida the electrical box on the wall was broken open exposing wires--the counter top is not level. the owner promised to fix the problems. I paid a lawyer to write a letter--again promises. the general manager called last year and used profanity while telling me that 8 months to get the job done was reasonable--and I was expecting too much.--still not done and outlet disconnected . In case you are wondering-yes I paid them. They did a good job on the epoxy floor a few years back-thats why I contacted them for cabinets. read more

The designer came to my home in the evening, since I work all day. Based on my needs, and the size of my closet, she came up with a 3D rendering of the perfect closet.
