Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. While I'm giving them 5 stars because for the most part they deserve it, I did come back to my apartment to find items still sitting in my building's lobby that should have made it on the truck. There was also an issue with a few items left on the truck that I saw and was able to grab before they closed the door. With any movers, it's worth paying attention because people make mistakes. Overall, I would definitely still recommend them. My first experience with CH was Daniel, Gian, and Charles and they were great. Nothing but good things to say. They're why I used CH a second time.

New ceiling jumped over a railing to push my mattress down the steps cannot get a hold of anybody they never call you back. My next step is a lawyer. I have filed a completed the Better Business Bureau when you try to call Mark it goes right to voicemail or the second number that I was given is a call forwarding everything goes to a call center that keeps saying somebody will call you back. Nobody calls you back to settle this. The movers asked for $100 gratuity each when they didn't even do what they were supposed to do and they were rude. It was the worst experience. The good part about all this is I have pictures of all of it because I have cameras that was able to take all of these photos so I have proof of the damages that they did and of course I have records of all the phone calls that I made trying to reach somebody to settle this complaint.
