Common sense would say - if you have to remove a lock, make sure you put it back on. Multiple times my dogs (even rescue fosters) have gotten out, one time resulting in an injury (if i were home we would have checked, which is how we caught the last 2 times before they got injured). Look, if you don't have high risk circumstances then they are moderately good. I think that they do mediocre overall on getting the poop (some do well, some don't). The owner is a doll, and I can't blame her - you can't handhold your workers, especially when there's turnover and its difficult to staff. With that said, if someone keeps forgetting you find someone else, and if you can't you don't add customers. It seems logical to me. ​

Don't be fooled by all the fake reviews left 6 months ago that buried the exact same experience I…read moream going through. I set up my service online and through text with Kellie. A tech came out once to clean on schedule. On the second scheduled clean up, the tech was a no show with no notice so I texted Kellie, who responded she and the tech had been sick and someone would come out the following week. Before that appointment I was charged for an entire month of service (after one completed clean up). This made me decide to go ahead and cancel before the next appointment. I confirmed with Kelli my service was canceled and she refunded the month charge. What follows is mind blowing - the owner, Robert, leaves me two voicemails asking me to reconsider canceling, then he sent me an email saying my service would NOT be canceled, charged me AGAIN for a month service and sent a tech out without permission. Robert is still trying to not let me cancel so I have had to report them as fraud to my bank. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Which...dogs are not vaxxed against parasites. Bowls should be separate for each dog. And disinfected prior. Secondly in 2017 Jodi had zero experience handling dogs. Her own dog Sonny was having behavioral issues and she sought training. Having a few years experience fresh in learning did not a dog behavior expert make. There has been an incident at her facility that she is not disclosing to the public. It involved a serious injury to a day care dog. This woman is not an expert. She's not a behaviorist. She has zero a credited credentials. She doesn't even know dog CPR. Which let dogs run with a bunch of other dogs on hot days. Absolutely would not recommend. My credentials are 40 years professional show handling and behavioral modification of red line aggression dogs. Street rescue of 115 dogs in my lifetime. Self funded. Go to my FB page the photos from me handling dogs in my parents boarding kennel. The first boarding kennel in the Midwest with heat/AC & indoor hot water. We had champion blood line show dogs. I was born into a home & facility...care & control of 10-40 dogs at a time. My mom trained dogs for the deaf. So ...I was her appetitence. She groomed...same thing. She trained. My dad was a professional show handler. I learned dog psychology before I could talk. I was handling 2-3 dogs at a time walking then ore show taller then I.
