Don't be fooled by all the fake reviews left 6 months ago that buried the exact same experience I…read moream going through. I set up my service online and through text with Kellie. A tech came out once to clean on schedule. On the second scheduled clean up, the tech was a no show with no notice so I texted Kellie, who responded she and the tech had been sick and someone would come out the following week. Before that appointment I was charged for an entire month of service (after one completed clean up). This made me decide to go ahead and cancel before the next appointment. I confirmed with Kelli my service was canceled and she refunded the month charge. What follows is mind blowing - the owner, Robert, leaves me two voicemails asking me to reconsider canceling, then he sent me an email saying my service would NOT be canceled, charged me AGAIN for a month service and sent a tech out without permission. Robert is still trying to not let me cancel so I have had to report them as fraud to my bank. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Common sense would say - if you have to remove a lock, make sure you put it back on. Multiple times my dogs (even rescue fosters) have gotten out, one time resulting in an injury (if i were home we would have checked, which is how we caught the last 2 times before they got injured). Look, if you don't have high risk circumstances then they are moderately good. I think that they do mediocre overall on getting the poop (some do well, some don't). The owner is a doll, and I can't blame her - you can't handhold your workers, especially when there's turnover and its difficult to staff. With that said, if someone keeps forgetting you find someone else, and if you can't you don't add customers. It seems logical to me. ​

She also stated that she has homes in Brentwood that are 3 acres big. This service is way too expensive for the price they are charging especially when you have a small yard compared to a 3 acre one!!

He is the kind of dog that barks to be picked up and for positive attention. She picked him up all the time and he would look for her as soon as he walked in. She left for a new job this past Friday. Friday was her last day. Sonny usually comes home energized and playful after his doggie day care. Yesterday was his first daycare without the previous manager. When he came home yesterday he visibly not energized. He was actually not social. He kept going in the back yard to be alone. I went out to pick him up and he was shivering, which he has never done. His heart was racing and he was nuzzling his head in my chest trying to hide. I don't know what happened at daycare but that is the behavior of a dog who has been beaten. I can't take him there again just from that response after only one half day of daycare. Its sad because he used to love his time there under the last two managers. I don't know what happened to him. He won't eat or drink. He is hiding under his covers. All he wants to do is hide and sleep. I feel like I failed him I know something bad happened to him during daycare. The whole facility does not have cameras, so I don't know what happened to him there. He in not going back.
