There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! Waste Solutions has no customer service phone number. Can't find a physical address for them. An additional dumpster was mistakenly delivered to my home and it took a call to Waste Management (dumpster owner) and 5 days to get it removed. I would definitely NOT recommend Waste Solution. Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.

What a joke! When you call in, they love to say, "How can we…read moremake your life better?" -- but they do the complete opposite. I booked them for a move that never happened because my apartment fell through at the last minute. I called right away to let them know and explained that I'd need to reschedule once I found a new place. They said, "No problem," so I didn't ask for a refund -- I just planned to use the service later. A few weeks later, I found a new apartment and called back to schedule the move again. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file. Then, while we were still on the call, I received an email saying my service was canceled. Why didn't he tell me that? That was their sneaky way of keeping my deposit and making me pay all over again. None of that was ever explained to me. Don't waste your time with a company that clearly doesn't understand what "making your life better" means.

Ordered the city tagging before digging, then finished that project for me, saving me from further injuring myself doing it with a shovel, axe, reciprocal saw, and sheer willpower.
