Nonetheless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and assumed perhaps they would be sending more than one cleaner. While the cleaner was punctual, that is probably the best i can say of her. There was only one of her, and she did very little cleaning. Only one of the two bathrooms was cleaned, and even then the toilet remained completely untouched. In the kitchen, she wiped down the basic surfaces, but didn't descale the sink or taps, didn't clean the cupboards, didn't wipe down the splashback, didn't clean under the fridge. She briefly hoovered, and then swiftly left. My cleaner in Australia cleans a house six times the size of my London flat in the same time frame and for a lower price. And Australia is a very expensive country. I am absolutely appalled.

It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. There a good cleaning companies out there. Also beware the fake reviews.
