They did a shocking job on the first clean, not cleaning any of the cupboards, barely even hoovered, dust still everywhere. As you can imagine this did not please our landlady or the estate agent. They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done. Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before.
