I would rate a zero if I could. Scam! We were quoted and signed a contract for $390 for. 2200 sq ft house that, when viewed initially, looks immaculate. Only Pictures of before cleaning are included because I cancelled the contract before much was done. I agreed to $390 because I knew that our house had not been cleaned professionally in several months. After the two cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, they began in our office. I asked one very nice lady if they would clean one door frame. She said she would have to call in and ask. 20 minutes later, I received a text message from someone in administration that said that the cost had been increased by $190 because, and I quote, there is dust on baseboards and stains on cabinets and other surfaces. Not true about stains and minimal dust if any! Also, she said that there is build up in the bathroom. WHAT? What shower doesn't have normal soap deposit and ours is minimal! Isn't that why they were hired? $390 doesn't include cleaning the shower? I immediately told the two very nice and polite ladies to stop working. I then called the company and shared my grievances. If dust and normal soap deposits are extra, what does almost $400 pay for? BAIT AND SWITCH! As other reviews indicate, the price goes up after the work has begun. We all get a call.....for me a text, that they need more time. RIDICULOUS!. The pictures below are pre-cleaning because the cleaning never occurred. THIS IS WHAT MY HOUSE LOOKED LIKE WHEN THEY ARRIVED. This company wanted almost $600! REALLY? FOR THE HOUSE PICTURED BELOW? I previously had a 4000 sq ft house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a deep cleaning was only $350. $570 + a generous tip is outrageous! Again, if dust and soap deposits require additional money, one of us is off. Look at my pre pictures and I know you will agree. This house is only 2200 sq feet and one bedroom was not to be cleaned. So I was asked to pay almost $600 for two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, den, living and dining room. No lanai! Are you kidding ? Floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen counter, and dusting almost $600? No dishes, no laundry! Owners, this is crazy and insulting. You should be ashamed of yourself. I saw another review where the price was increased after they arrived. BAIT AND SWITCH! I am sure that there is someone in Naples willing to take this easy job and be happy to get it. I am more than fair...that's why I agreed to $390. My guess is that the lovely hard working ladies make about $15 per hour. That is $90 for three hours with two ladies. So, the other $490 goes into the owners pockets. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! read more

This is my second time I have written a review as the first one was deleted I am sure. I will say Taresa is awesome but the experience I had from the team horrific! Their marketing gal Amanda rude, condescending and their staff half showed up and cleaned only a room and a half in two hours. Had to let them go and finally after being told the other girl was delayed and then not coming after I asked she showed up two hours late after I asked if she was coming and the office told me no. I asked if owner could ring me and still have not heard back. She runs a good ship and her operations manager is great too but the whole process of the clean TERRIBLE. That is Not customer service. I referred a cleanung job previously. To them and this is what I got. They canceled once before on me and Amanda said it was MY fault. The cleaner was sick and I understood but truly really blame the customer! I just screen shot this. I have only ever used personal recommendations for cleaning services, but this was for my father in Florida and I live out of state. I was here for the first cleaning and they did a fantastic job! The last cleaner was awful, so there was tremendous amount of build up and extra cleaning to be done . Two women worked hard for four hours and the place is like new! spotless! would ho recommend! read more

I have been using them for a couple of years, last time, they cleaned up my condo in around end March last year, and leaving a lot of stains in my guest room carpet, I asked them to check and investigate, no news/feed back was received, very disappointing. The problem: These stains apparently caused by the cleaning person, and this company chose not to responding that caused me write this review to avoid people to suffer before such kind of incidence happens again. read more

So disappointed. The women who came to clean the house were excellent, polite, hard workers, and diligent. They did a good job! However, I was originally given an estimate of $350 to $420 for between 6 and 8 hours of work. The women were here for only 3 hours, and I was invoiced $450! This was shocking! I'm sure these poor women weren't paid more than $25 an hour, at best, which means payroll shouldn't have been more than $150.00. But to be charged $450, that's too much. Therefore, I cannot recommend Florida Cleaners, as I clearly feel ripped off! read more

I am very pleased with the cleaning of my condo by Ana! She was very conscientious and thoughtful. She worked very hard and was very efficient. She added thoughtful touches by straightening the bed covers and tucking them in like a hotel. The condo was cleaner than I could do it. I am impressed that the company sent someone out to check on her work since it was the first time I used them. The supervisor went over it with a white glove approach. Ana will be my regular cleaner which makes me feel good about it. Keep up the excellent work! read more

My fiancé and I used Clean Florida for almost a year. We were never impressed with them but we didn't have anyone else to use. They would come every two weeks and it would always be different people. We gave them a key to the house and an alarm code. Time and time again they would freak out the alarm was on or because our dogs would bark (they were in another room.) and would wait outside and not turn the alarm off. Our security company would always call us saying the alarm has been going off for 2 minutes and if we need to call the cops. It happened so many times that they started charging use for the constant calls. We eventually decided they shouldn't be there without us because they had such a hard time turning off the security system AND cleaning properly. They would not move chairs around to vacuum and would only clean half the bathroom mirrors. There was pretty consistent issues that we talked to Teresa about but never got resolved. The cleaning ladies also stole a $50 gift card from my closet AND a diamond ring for my jewelry box. I would never go back to CleanFlorida or recommend them. read more

We had new floors installed in our home, which included having the tile removed. The result was a layer of dust covering every inch of the house. I'm picky about my tile floors and my kitchen. I cook a lot and have a dog and cat! That's a triple whammy but CleanFlorida is really great! This has been the third or fourth time to do my once a month cleaning and I have been pleasantly surprised with their service. My Mom, who is a neat freak, flew in over Thanksgiving and she was blown away. They are always on time and everything is so convenient! I've been a Clean Florida for several years. One of my favorite cleaners is Victoria. She is friendly, likes my dog, and is a great cleaner. Since COVID-19 has been part of our existence, she wears a mask as well as gloves. I stay in one area while she cleans another area. Then, we swap. My house smells so clean and fresh when she's done. Whoever the cleaner is, the results have been great. The tile flooring gleams. They sweep, vacuum, wet mop and go over it afterwards with my steam cleaner. It's nice to have someone do the heavy cleaning! read more

A residential cleaning company is only as good as the people it employees, and we have found that CleanFlorida, thanks to Ana, often exceeds our expectations. She heads the crew that cleans our home, and she is meticulous, detail-oriented, does not hurry to get through all of her tasks, and makes certain that everything is done well. We have used many cleaning services and individual housekeepers in our various homes over the years, and we have never been as pleased as we are with CleanFlorida and Ana. They did not perform the services asked for. I realize things happen and crew change, but they lacked consistency and skipped standard cleaning tasks. I rent during the high season and trusted them to take care of the home during the stays as well as the important clean occurring between renters. This was not acceptable. Porcelain sinks were coffee stained. Crumbs were on floor and counters. Cabinets had food and grease on them. Furniture was not moved and food stuff and items were under them. Dust bunnies were under furniture. Lanai was not clean. Too much neglect. Gave numerous chances but didn't change and they will not provide you with a standard team that will always clean your home. So the people are always changing. One very unacceptable occurrence was when they showed up at the wrong scheduled time and my renter was in the shower. Not good. read more
