A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly.
