The two ladies who came were very sweet and hardworking. However, they left right at the two-hour mark without completing several items, including wiping down the baseboards, kitchen cabinets, windows, and fridge. I would have been happy to pay additional time to ensure everything was finished if that was the issue. Unfortunately, I didn't realize these areas were missed until after they had already left, or I would have addressed it in the moment. Worst cleaning experience in my life. They think it is very odd that you ask them to clean under any furniture...they dont clean under any items just around it. The counters in the kitchen are not cleaned which is the basic thinf that needs to be cleaned. Shelves are not dusted in the bathroom. Said they woukd stay for 2.5 hours but left at 2 hours. After remodeling and finishing each project, I call them and they come and do a great job cleaning the project on the final stage. It is very important for us when we finish our project that the client can easily move in without stressing that he has to do cleaning as well. Then the cleaners arrived, there was a language barrier, but I was able to use google translate and help from friends who speak better spanish than I for the most part. Very bad cleaning. Very bad. I asked them to clean my kitchen and my bathroom. It's a very small bathroom, and they didn't clean the toilet or the shower. They literally didn't even touch it. In the kitchen, they didn't clean the top of the fridge like I asked, they didn't clean the face of the oven. They left dirt and grime everywhere. I got a $20 discount when I showed video. In my opinion, the clean should have been $50 not 150. Complete rip off. Owner apologized and gave me a $20 discount. Unbelievable. In response to message 01/28/26 We could have added more time. I didn't set the two hour time limit, you did. And I said to only do the living room if the kitchen and bathroom were finished. I never asked for the living room to be cleaned. Darlin & Astrid have been absolutely amazing! I unfortunately was hospitalized for 2 weeks, and have a baby that is in the NICU- so my apartment was extremely dirty. They completely cleaned out my fridge, organized my pantry, organized my closet & linen closet, completely cleaned and organized my nursery, washed/folded/put away all of my laundry, changed my bedding, cleaned both of our bathrooms, and did a beautiful general cleaning as well. They have taken off such a huge burden now also coming on a weekly basis to help stay on top of everything, from a new mom to a baby in the NICU- they are worth every penny!! It is such a relief coming home to a completely clean and reset home every week! I saw a review below about how much they can get done in a certain amount of time- and each time they have come I have asked them to tell me how much time they think they would need- as they are the ones who can best estimate that! I am very disappointed today with Natalie's cleaning service. I called in the morning to request a cleaning service, and Joe on the phone highly talked about that he will send his best two employees to clean my two bedroom and two bathroom condo in the afternoon. I was so pleased that my condo will get cleaned on the same day that I requested. I informed Joe that I am a very tidy person and I need a deep cleaning since I just came out of construction and my condo is dusty than usual but everything is in place in my apartment where it supposed to be. I don't even have dishes under my sink since everything goes into the dishwasher. In short, the two ladies showed up on time which I liked and respect that and they did not speak English so it took me a while to make them understand what needs to be done and with the help of contacting Joe on the phone for translation. I am okay with an English barrier since I am also an immigrant myself so I totally understand and it did not bother me as long as they know what I expected from them. But what I did not understand of not having clean apartment at the end of the two hours cleaning appointment which basically counts for four hours since two ladies were working. I had to end up vacuuming my entire condo while the two plagues were chatting with each other and cleaning the bathroom, and I ended up mopping the unfinished floors and whipping countertops. I had to clean my own bedroom, such as dusting the furniture thinking that the helpers can change the dirty sheets at least, but nope I was wrong, the sheets got left untouched (see pictures attached). Both ladies left my kitchen in a horrible condition so I have to end up cleaning myself tomorrow which is Sunday. I had to clean up my master bathroom mirrors since I saw dust and water spots was left behind. Basically I just wasted my $170.00 for two hours on this company, and I have to end up doing most of the cleaning myself this week anyway since most of the things that I hired them to do got untouched or they did not do a good job at all which is unsatisfactory. When their time was getting closer to finish one of the ladies called Joe (their supervisor or boss I don't know) letting me know that they have to either stay late to finish the kitchen for extra money or they need to go since their time is up and leave the unfinished kitchen as it is. I was so disappointed with their work already that I told Joe that I am not willing to let them stay more than two hours so they can leave and I can finish up their job for them. What a waste and horrible experience that I never had before. Most of the time these two ladies were chatting in Spanish and working together in the same room so they can chat during their entire two hours work period that caused unsatisfactory results for not cleaning properly and finishing on time to make their customer happy. Please don't waste your time and money on this company. I wanted to try them based on the yelp reviews, but I guess it was a fake 5 star reviews that people wrote or I just did not get lucky today ‍... Joe, isn't these tasks include in their job description, dusting, moping, cleaning inside the oven and outside, making beds.... Two ladies + 2 hours = 4 hours in total cleaning time which is easily doable, and that's why I hired your company to do that per my conversation with you under your written estimate that I requested prior hiring you via yelp. I was crystal clearly what I wanted and you said that you are sending me two of your best employees. I wonder if these two ladies are your best employees than who are the average or worse employees in your company, oh mine...‍. Crazy!!! read more

Just had 2 people come over for the first time today and they did a wonderful job. I have a pretty big apartment, 1600sq feet with 2 bed 2 bath and sun room. They did a deep clean in about 3.5 hours but really covered every single corner in and out. Everyone was very polite and kind. No complaints. It was my first time booking with Natalie's cleaning and the response time was so fast and I was able to have cleaners come the very next day! I booked them for a move in cleaning. I was set aside for 4-4.5 hours. When they arrived, they showed up with two people who spoke ZERO English, so they couldn't understand anything I said and I had to use Google Translate to communicate what I wanted. They didn't clean the inside of my cabinets or shelves in any of my rooms and didn't clean underneath or behind appliances. I limited what they needed to clean (they didn't have to do the floors in most of my home since we are having the floors redone). I don't mind them not addressing the construction dust (not their fault), but at least do more than some light spot cleaning for $170! I could have done this myself and saved myself the money. Overall very disappointed. I now have to finish what they didn't complete. read more

Sad to update it to a lower star review but I was disappointed with the service received on 8/15 after having a great previous experience. Unfortunately, the work ethic and cleaning provided did not match the price that we've paid. We were quoted 4 hrs time for our 3 bath, 3 bed + office and it took the 2 cleaning ladies 5 hrs to "clean" the living room, office, kitchen and barely our master bedroom/bathroom which was rushed in the last 40 mins. The other 2 rooms were untouched within 5 hrs. Granted we have a dog who seasonally sheds which we routinely vacuum but made it their excuse of why they're taking so long. The reasons I'm upset is that: - tables and countertops weren't properly wiped or even wiped - they did not vacuum behind or underneath the couch - they did not clean the microwave - I found one cleaning lady take off the shoe covers I provided and used her outside shoes in our bedroom - I found the other lady smoking on the front porch I was too flabbergasted and stressed to use Google translation to ask them to clean/retouch areas cos they seemed to be in a rush to get out. I still tipped for their time and effort but this cleaning service was NOT worth $425. Where are the two nice ladies in my original review when I needed them the most? :( read more

Disappointing. The unit was clutter free. I asked for a regular cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and mop/ vacuum. All the faucets were partially clean and the floors had left over makeup on it in the bathroom so they mopped poorly. I asked for a partial refund and the owner offered "25 dollars out of their own pocket". I had tipped the ladies more than that lol. The ladies also said the owner keeps the tips instead of giving it to them. Anyway, won't be using this service ever again. Idk what two ladies did for 2 hours in a 600 sqft unit. The job was the details and they didn't do it. Adding a response here since the owner wants to call me a liar. I tipped the ladies separately from the owners Venmo to ensure they got a tip. They later texted me saying their boss was mad and to give the tip back. I told them to keep the tip. It's not about a cheap 25 dollars.
