There was a severe lack of proper communication, the cleaner was running very late and I had to call 3 times before I even got ahold of anyone. It was then a further back-and-forth and more calls, at one point I was told the cleaner would show up "in 15-20 minutes", at this point they were almost an hour late. Another 30 minutes go by and no one shows up and no luck reaching anyone for explanation. I was notified later in the day that the appointment was cancelled because of a "no-show" but again no explanation. I left a frustrated 1-star review and only then did Oleg reach out (on Yelp) in response to my review telling me they did eventually show up and clean the place and that he cancelled the appointment so I wouldn't be charged. While I appreciate the consideration of not being charged since the service was so late, I clearly should've been notified at multiple points as to what was going on, it shouldn't come down to a response on my yelp review. Nonetheless, the actual cleaning was good--I have no complaints in that regard. Judging by other reviews here, this service seems very hit or miss. read more

I've had my house cleaned by this company three times and all three times they've done a great job. Their pricing is competitive compared to other cleaners in the area. I look forward to our once a month cleaning because I know I get to come home to a spotless house. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. We originally got a Groupon for 2hrs of cleaning. When I spoke to the company, they said they are unavailable with Groupon for over a month but if we choose to go without the Groupon, they can schedule something as soon as by the end of the week. We confirmed an appointment for 2 hrs, instead the ladies worked for 45 minutes and refused to clean the bedrooms and full bathroom without charging extra. They wasted half hour standing around until we spoke to their boss to clarify we had a confirmed appointment for 2 hours. Boss was very rude and unprofessional in communicating. Threatened to call the police if we didn't pay when we mentioned nothing about not paying. We just wanted them to provide the full cleaning we were expecting. read more

I purchased a Groupon for 2 two hour cleanings. I called on 6/4 and left a message, called again on 6/5 and left another message. I also emailed them on 6/5, still no response. THIS should have been an indicator but I called them again on 6/6 at 730AM. I mentioned the Groupon, was asked when I wanted the appointment. I told them 6/13. I was then told they're not available until 6/21. SIGH. Why bother asking me when I wanted an appointment if you already KNEW you weren't available until 6/21?! Fine, I'll take 6/23. Oh, we don't work on Saturday. Really?! Their hours are 8am until 430pm, Monday to Friday. Well...who the hell is home during those hours? We hired this company to do office cleaning once a week. Oleg agreed to the date and times and twice texted us to say they couldn't come. We made a mistake one day and were late getting to the office to let them in and apologized profusely. The owner seemed understanding and we made a plan for a new day. That was the second time the crew "called out". We understood and were still set for the following Friday. No call, no text, no show, no response to text messages. I understand if she wanted to fire us as clients for the mistake we made, but no such communication took place. It's a shame because the crews that come to clean are amazing, fast, proficient, and kind. They've cleaned my house several times. I was estimated at $90 with an expectation of a carpet shampooing, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, and wall wiping which was clearly in the messages before I accepted. The two people arrived late and also said they don't do carpet shampoos. The two girls told me for the work they did they would charge $60 and let the owner know. They did an "ok" job, but overall wasn't impressed. The owner insists that I pay $90 despite the fact that his workers said $60 for the work and that I accept the original price for work that didn't get done. I would recommend Cleaning Revolution! The manager I work with directly is Oleg and he is wonderful, quick to respond, honest, and very helpful. His crew cleans for my airbnb and I've been using him for about a year. I send him the dates with the times needed and he's able to provide the cleaning service I need for all the turnovers and even on short notice which is extremely difficult sometimes to find. His crew handles the cleaning and turnover and laundry to ensure our guests come in to a sanitized and clean environment. One time the dryer was taking a while and he let me know and it turned out to be the outlet, so I am thankful that he communicated this to me so there was no problem for our guests. Do Not Hire! I hired this company for a home I recently moved into. I explained it was vacant for two years and I needed a deep cleaning. The owner promised this was something they did. The communication in the beginning was fine. However, the day of the service was horrible. First, they were an hour and a half late, then three girls walked in, two didn't speak or understand English and the other was so, so with her English. I walked around and explained everything I needed done. They didn't ask many questions and started right away. They then asked me for paper towels which would have been fine, but I wasn't living there yet so didn't have any of that stuff purchased, nor did they communicate a head of time that I would need to provide any of these things. I expected them to be there for at least four hours with the cleaning this house needed. Instead they were only there for two hours. When my husband went over to the house that night, it was barely cleaned. It basically got a "quick wipe down". It was absolutely not a deep cleaning like I asked. The bathrooms especially were still gross and I wouldn't even step foot in there to shower. I then had to call the owner three times and leave messages until he finally called me back. He explained they could come out again but I would have to pay the additional time they came out and that they sometimes tend to "rush" because they charge per hour. I then had to hire and additional cleaning service who came out and state ddouble the time to clean my house then this derived even after it was cleaned already by then. This company is such a scam and do horrible work, especially if you are expecting a deep clean. Very unprofessional! read more

Don't waste your time. I called for a "move-in" cleaning and was told there would be 2 girls at an agreed up on time. One person showed up 1/2 late. It took her 3 hours to clean the kitchen and 2 bathrooms (normal size home - no mansion) and I scrubbed my own floor because it was getting so late. Today, I had to go back in and do it all over again myself. I wiped the cabinets and counter and the rag was black because I saw her using a bucket of dirty water to clean everything. She did a "swipe" of the inside of cabinets instead of cleaning them and today I found all kinds of items left behind and filth. I would not recommend them based on my experience and will NOT be calling them back! read more

If there was an option to pick zero stars I would. I recently purchased a new home and called Cleaning Revolution to see if they offered a deep clean (inside closets, cabinets, refrigerator, windows etc...) so my husband and I could just put our stuff away without dealing with the chore of cleaning everything first. Cleaning Revolution said they did and gave me a price. I called them back to schedule a few days later and reiterated what I needed done and they said no problem so I scheduled the service for a Friday at 12:30PM. Friday rolled around and it's 12:45PM and nobody from Cleaning Revolution has shown up or called so my husband calls them and leaves a voicemail. 15 minutes later we get a call back saying the girls are running late, is it OK if they come at 2:30PM and we say fine. At 2PM we get a call while we're at the furniture store telling us the girls are at the house so we haul ass back to the house to let them in. All very frustrating but we figured if they do a good job it will be worth it. When we get home the hardwood floors are wet and there's a strong smell of cleaner so they cleaned something but not much. None of the closets were touched, none of the cabinets were touched, not a window was cleaned and when we ran the vacuum the next day the bag was filled with animal hair. I called two different numbers I have for the company on Monday and have yet to receive a phone call back. These guys are scammers. read more
