They leave little things around the house that make it evident they've been here cleaning. I especially like when they create origami from a toilet paper roll. I'm not kidding. It's a nice touch! I slipped on the stairs and fell, requiring emergency room CT scans for a concussion which were $30K in bills. Second time hired them to do a deep cleaning (home was spotless before they came but needed carpet cleaning). Paid $500. When we arrived the next day there were clumps of dog hair in corners and the carpet had a blanket of dog hair. It was obviously not even vacuumed. We had to leave as this is a second home for us. Arrived a couple weeks later and vacuumed - a 5 x 10 rug resulted in a two full vacuums of dog hair - obviously never vacuumed. The owner of this business could have made this right, but decided not to. Do not use this cleaning company.

From that point on her communication with me about the estimate appointment and the initial cleaning and even after that cleaning was exceptional. She even let me know she was delayed for the initial cleaning and arrived just 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The cleaning she and her mother did for me was wonderful and the rate they charged was very competitive. I originally had not planned to continue cleaning on an ongoing basis, but after the job they did and their level of communication with me, I committed to ongoing monthly cleaning for all the months I spend in Florida. They were very professional while looking over the home, about 2200 square feet, and figuring out how much work they were going to have to do. We agreed upon an estimated cost and they arrived the next week to handle the job. I was very relieved that I could accomplish this task while not being in town. The folks were very polite and did a great job. I would definitely call them if you need a good move out or move in cleaning.
