They did an amazing job. The guys were thorough, very careful and really easy to have around. We stayed home throughout the entire process. Every evening, when they left, they put their stuff neatly out of the way and arranged things so we had access to what we would need. The work was spot on. The preparation to the area before they ever got to paint an inch was fantastic. Paper and tape and tarps protected everything. They moved the furniture and noted where we wanted things put back. They took photos of where we wanted our pictures to go and after the paint dried, they rehung them. The house, walls and trim look better than new. We couldn't be happier.

I had guests coming to town and needed someone to come within 2 weeks and they had availability within 1 week of calling which was great. Cost was comparable to other companies I spoke to who would never call back to schedule a cleaning. The initial clean wasn't up to par and wasn't finished in the time quoted, however we spoke to the company who sent out a new crew to do a re-clean the next day. Second crew took one look and agreed the previous cleaning was unacceptable and spent extra time finishing the cleaning and re-cleaning all the areas the other crew had worked in the day before. This time they gave the attention to detail we were wanting. We fell in love with the cleaner they sent that day (Terri is the best!) and have requested her ever since for our weekly cleaning. When I say having my house cleaned weekly is the best decision I ever made in regard to my mental health it's no joke! We were drowning before and now the house never gets so out of control that we can't course correct in time for the next cleaning. The price for a weekly clean is great for our house and cheaper than therapy . I will admit I was apprehensive after our initial cleaning day that was not good - but the company stood by their satisfaction guarantee and made it right. We have had a few different teams come out other than our regular cleaner and they have been okay but not stellar. We live between NYC and London, but have a vacation rental under our townhouse in Savannah, and we…read morehave had a tough time finding competent cleaners in Savannah, nonetheless being so rarely there (though reliable, whenever we would visit without saying that we were coming, we would check on their work and they'd have been so lazy they wouldn't even leave toilet paper, everything would be misplaced, etc.). Unfortunately, Sarah was much the same - in addition to trying to rip us off. A guest contacted both us and Airbnb and stated that they did not even stay in the listing, yet Sarah had gone by and "cleaned" after their check out date, and mentioned nothing about the bed not being slept in, bathroom not being used, etc. She just charged us a regular cleaning rate, didn't mention anything being amiss, and then attacked US when we questioned why she didn't mention the person not even STAYING there, and instead pretending to clean - her reply was to attack us and demand that "she be payed" (to which we asked how much she even expected having not actually cleaned, but pretending to have done), and say that she was quitting, she "cleans 6 other houses and don't need to clean for us." Clearly, we would question her truthfulness and morals considering the situation at hand, and instead of issuing any sort of apology, she continued to send us rude texts including "deleting your number and being done with y'all," and how her husband "said to let it go, but she aint that type of person." She also refused to drop off the linens, keys from the UK that can only be copied in person on Kensington High Street for $250 apiece, etc. when we were next visiting, but insisted on leaving them inside the vacation rental itself (less than ideal with vacation renters going in and out). This experience would take the cake on poor quality cleaners in that town.

She came the next day and went over and above with everything. I loved the lady that cleaned my apartment before my move, and thought it would be impossible to find someone as good. Sarah proved me wrong. She's not just as good, she's better. My apartment has never been so clean. The smallest details that I wouldn't have even considered before, Sarah cleaned and made shine. She is as good with communication as she is with cleaning. Always communicating, easy going and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. I have now hired her on a bi-monthly basis and couldn't be any happier with my decision. I'm writing this post because I am very hesitant about allowing strangers into my home and use reviews to learn more about people. I wrote it to hopefully help others like myself that are in need of a good, honest, trusting, hard working cleaning service.

Where do I begin?! The owner Kathryn and her daughter came to my home to give me an estimate. It…read morewas a deep clean and she charged A LOT which I was fine with because a deep clean would be worth it. She said they did not include cleaning the fridge inside or doing window glass but they would clean outside of the fridge and the windowsill. They also asked two things-- do I not enjoy certain smells and to please let them know the day of if anything isn't to my liking because they just want to do a good job but they're human and can miss stuff. I said I don't like strong (they specifically asked about Fabulosa) scents as I usually clean my counters with vinegar and lemon essential oils. But other than Fabulosa and Bleach I'd be Ok. And I said of course I'd let them know if they missed anything. The day of they come around 10:30 and are done before 1:30. I'm thinking wow these ladies must be so efficient to be able to clean that fast. As they're leaving I did mention the counter was still dirty and crusty. She took a dirty rag and brushed it over reluctantly. I also mentioned a giant window sill in a bedroom was filthy so clearly they didn't do that. She wasn't happy and barely wiped it. I felt weird after that and didn't say anything else. Then I see the real deal. No window sills were dusted or wiped. Corners of rooms weren't vacuumed or mopped. Dust bunnies all over. As entire bathroom garbage was forgotten. Every fan was still dirty. It was a disaster. So I texted her. I'll add the messages here to read. She seemed really ok with coming back and fixing everything. As you see in the texts I gave her an out by asking for a partial refund. As she asked, I made her a list. And honestly it was long. The next day they come back with FACES on. Like major attitude. She was really mad when she saw the list. It was so bad I flat out told her this is exactly what I didn't want to be made to feel uncomfortable in my own home but if they couldn't do a deep clean then they shouldn't say they did. She made an excuse for everything. She said my ceiling fan was too high. Then she said a deep clean never includes ceiling fans and she always mentions that to clients before hand. She said a deep clean doesn't mean she vacuums corners or behind couches etc. It was wild. I regret allowing them in my home the second time. I for sure regret allowing them in my home the first time. $450 is a really expensive deep clean for a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. And the energy and attitudes that came with this price tag were awful. Truly one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Avoid at all costs.
