I tried to schedule this company twice to do a house cleaning. Both times I received excuses last…read moreminute as to why they couldn't make it. That's very disappointing. The first time it was a matter of not feeling well, which I can certainly understand. Even if it was last minute notice. The second time, I messaged her through Yelp to ask her to text me when she was going to be heading my way. the cleaner told me that she had her schedule for work changed, and could not make it and offered to come on the weekend again. I already told her that weekends were not good for us. What strikes me as disappointing the most is how long ago was she aware that her work schedule had changed? Was she just not going to show up at our appointed time? I respect the fact that she's working two jobs but I don't think this cleaning job is her priority. Therefore, I cannot talk about value because I never received her service.
