From my first call to Dave Hauer (Owner operator), I knew this was going to be a good Company to work with. Dave showed up on time for the estimate, was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He walked our property with us, and he actually LISTENED to what I wanted to have done. No pressure, no sales pitch, and no attitude. When he left, he immediately sent me a very professional review of the services I wanted along with an itemized proposal. (Very fair price) In one click, I could accept or decline which made this a totally hassle-free experience. We then scheduled the job for the exact day and time I requested. I was sent a confirmation of the job and time through text which was so professional and deeply appreciated. Dave texted me this morning and was running a little early which was great for me. He showed up a few minutes later with another guy (Greg) both well mannered, dressed professionally and they greeted me with a handshake. Dave then proceeded to inform me of the PLAN he had for the day's work, so that I was aware of everything they were going to do. He had already met my dogs and was receptive to them being in the house as he worked. He started with the inside windows while Greg set up outside. They use a very soft wash for the tile roof so that there is no damage to the tiles. It's sprayed on and left to set for a while. Meantime Dave was busy super washing my windows, tracks and frames throughout the interior of the house. Greg began spraying a product on my pavers and patio deck then began several washes with a pressure washer and a large round cleaning machine, then a good rinse of everything. They removed rust from my stucco, my pavers and even my black aluminum fence. Then Dave began washing the exterior windows, frames etc. When I tell you they left zero dirt anywhere, I'm not exaggerating. My paver driveway, walkways and patio never looked so good, and my windows are so clean they are sure to kill a few birds (no birds were hurt) because they are so sparkling clean. These guys worked almost non-stop for almost 9 hours. I can't tell you how happy I am that I chose Spray Wash Pros for this job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are good human and they run a great company. I hope you consider them for your next job.
