Welcome to Clear Choice Home Inspections LLC. My name is John Russell, and I am the owner and sole operator. After 30+ years in the construction business I decided to help Home Buyers make sure that they know everything possible about the home they're considering purchasing. As this is the largest investment that most folks make, I think it's important that they are informed and the results explained in layman terms. In todays market the average time for the inspection is 10 to 14 days, so 99% of my reports are delivered to you the same day as your inspection. Please feel free to walk with me during your inspection, or if your schedule is tight I always do a walk through at the conclusion of the inspection along with many maintenance tips to keep your new home in the best condition possible.

My name is John Russell and have lived in this area for the past 25 years. I have over 30 years in the Construction Field. I have supervised such jobs as Louisville Cardinal Stadium, Uk's New Hospital, Airports, and countless new homes. I perform all inspections myself and prepare your report personally. I keep my reports 5 years so you can call me anytime for suggestions or ideas as to keep your investment in the best of conditions. I believe a home inspector should be there long after the inspection process is completed. It does take me longer than most inspectors, but the extra time is because I do a very thorough inspection.
