He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again.
