I was shocked becuase they never brushed anything and there was clearly lots of debris left. I came to the store and when I asked how it should look, I got the expected answer. then I showed the person pictures. he then went to get a manager. this entire time I am as calm as a cucumber. she comes out and says well my picture shows murky water. I show her the pics and she says 'I don't know what that is'. CLEARLYthe pool was not cleaned properly..actually barely cleaned. I showed her a clear pic and asked 'you don't see that'? She got that cold dead look of 'I'm standing my ground and disregarding you' and walked off. I paid almost $800 and left the store.That attitude and the bully technique does not work with me. I am hoping I can post pics in this site. You be the judge. I will never use R&S again for anything.

We also really appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics. Mike and Jerry were both patient and thorough answering all our questions, and we never felt pressured at all. They explained everything we'd need ready on our end to be up to code for delivery and set-up - which can be tricky depending on location - but they were nothing but accommodating. I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

We ordered an 18 foot swim spa in chocolate which they said might take longer as it wasn't as commonly ordered but we actually received it earlier than expected. Brian's team is exceptional, helping us with a myriad of technical questions. We bought this particular swim spa for physical therapy and water quality control. The water at public gyms pools and spas cause severe skin irritation for family members - the Master Spa circulation system along with chemicals used for this unit WORKS FOR US! It's such a blessing to have ability to swim again, especially since the buoyancy afforded by water is the ONLY physical therapy available to my husband. I chose Master Spa for the quality reputation and so far I am not disappointed after a summer of use. I chose Spas & More for their service support - they have exceeded my expectations! After being told to 'just shock it everyday until it's clear' and spending HUNDREDS of dollars on chemicals that weren't fixing it, I went elsewhere and seemed advice and our pool was cleared in a day. Every single person in there will give you a different answer on 'what to do' or 'how to do it' or what you need. For experienced pool owners this is a great local family owned place and the people are very nice. But for new pool owners I suggest going elsewhere first.
