My skin has improved for the better with the microneedling, and I hope they will have more facial lasers in the future! In the beginning she pushed for me to upgrade to their signature, I didn't want micro needling and because of that I felt she was annoyed the whole time. She didn't do many of the things listed in the description of the facial including LED light therapy or a choice between a customized hydro jelly mask or enzymatic peel (I THINK I got the mask but wasn't told and it definitely was not "customized"). There was no mention of dermaplaning as an option like in the description. The extractions also lasted literally 2 minutes. When explaining the signature, she said the only difference was the first 10 mins of the hour was microneedling and then it was a glo hydrate facial, making it seem like a hydrate facials takes around 50 mins. I arrived early for my appointment and the entire thing took barely 30 mins- my appointment was at 2pm and I was out the door by 2:35. Half the facial was also spent trying to sell me on coming back regularly and doing their program and purchasing the products, it all felt very impersonal and salesy. Maybe it was just who I got but I would not spend the money and go there if I were you.

I signed up for Mallory's program based on a referral from my functional medicine doc, who had met Mallory at a local event and thought Mallory could help with my post-menopause skin care. Based on this recommendation, in early June 2025, I looked at Mallory's website service offerings and signed up for the "clear skin program" (she does not provide a free consultation option). I had to pay $492 up front (the cost of the "clear skin program" plus tax and a tip) before I could schedule the first appointment. The first available appointment was in mid-June. I opted for the in-person appointment because I am local to her office. Got a text from Mallory confirming the appointment and asking me to log into a portal to fill out an intake questionnaire and to watch a 57 minute video about her story/journey and how the "clear skin program" was designed. I did both the questionnaire and watched the video prior to my first visit. At my first (and only) visit, I met with Mallory where she went over the intake questionnaire I'd filled out in advance and then did a short facial/examination of my skin to determine which of her products would work best for my skin. I purchased the recommended products (at a cost of $367). At the end of the appointment, Mallory said that she would send me the manual of instructions (her "Clear Skin Bible) for the products I'd purchased and would follow up in a week or so. I didn't hear anything from her for a week. A week after that, I text her to ask her to send me the pages from her manual so that I could begin the "clear skin program." The next day, she sent me the instructions I needed to get started. I never heard from Mallory about a follow-up and the only texts I got were from her automated business number, which were mostly texts about her office being closed. The late June text with the manual was the last direct text I got from Mallory until last month (approximately the 4 month mark, when the first round of my "clear skin program" was supposed to end), when she reached out to ask if I was interested in doing another round of the 4 month program. I told her that I wasn't interested because I never got the original services I purchased (i.e. no weekly check ins). I then asked for a reasonable refund of my original deposit payment, minus the cost of the one in-person session because I was happy to pay for the time she spent with me at the consultation. Her only response was that she doesn't provide refunds. I pointed out that the "clear skin program" includes (per her own website): "...a 45-minute FaceTime consultation (if LOCAL you have the option to come in person ) and weekly skin check-ins." and that I never got the weekly check ins. I also pointed out that it's highly unusual for a service provider to expect the customer to ensure that the purchased services are provided. Mallory never responded to my text.
