Just bought a new truck and it was in serious need of some tint. I asked my co-workers where they had gone recently and two of them recommended Clear Cut, and so, I called to make an appointment. John answered my phone call and was very professional. I told him what I needed my two front windows tinted and he quoted me a very fair price and said he could get me in the next day and it would take one hour. I showed up on time the next day and walked into a nice reception area and they immediately took me back into the work area, which was very clean, to show me the tint choices. I settled on my choice and 50 minutes later I was out the door. The tint looks great and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I don't remember the names of staff members that I met but they were all very courteous and professional. I will definitely bring my other vehicles here to get tinted. You can tell these folks care about their business and they care about their reputation. Even though I don't anticipate any work with the tinting job they made sure I knew that if I have any problems at all, I just have to give them a call and they would make it right. Lemme say this: GOLD STAR SERVICE. The gentlemen at Clear Cut Customs were able to squeeze me in next day for tint on my vehicle. They did an amazing job. There was an issue beyond their control due to resurfacing of their business's roof that resulted in some minor effects to my vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, they engaged all hands on deck to 1) pause operations so that no other customers were effected and 2) IMMEDIATELY remedy the situation by having my car detailed. These folks handled everything with candor and a positive attitude. I would one hundred percent recommend anyone in the area see these folks for work. My husband took our suv in to get passenger door and driver door tinted. Our experience was greatly! My husband decribed excellent and exceptional customer service. This is a family business and have been tinting for 19+ years. They had fair pricing and were very professional, punctual and accurate. The owner was very detailed over the phone and during the appointment to make sure of the type of tint we wanted. The waiting area is nice and they are very accommodating while waiting for the job to be done. The job was even finished before estimated time. We also had security windows with old removable tint from our wroth iron front door the job we needed done was remove old tint and replace with matching tint. They removed and replaced the tint and all three pieces turned out beautifully just what we wanted. I asked for a quote and the owner refused to give me a quote without bringing my vehicle in. It was a standard quote for a newer model vehicle that no oNe else has refused to quote me on. When I told him that I lived out of the area and did not have time to drive to every business in town for a quote he replied with a very rude and disrespectful response. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. I brought in my 2013 BMW and they had estimated it taking 2-3 hours (which was spot on). I didn't have a ride there so I was stuck, I asked if I could grab a ride and without hesitation the owner drove me to my destination and picked me up when the car was done!! Unbelievable. The professionalism that the owner, wife and son have are bar none. You can tell they really enjoy cars and the process. The folks at Clear Cut Window Tinting did a phenomenal job with tinting my Kia Forte hatchback. I called several days before hand to make an appointment, and they kept it with no problems. When I got there for my appointment, I was welcomed into their shop. They played a movie for me while they worked on my car and offered me complimentary snacks. The tint job didn't take long, but looks like they took their time and did it with great detail; it seriously looks great, I received several compliments about my car within a day of having it tinted. The pricing that I was quoted over the phone was the price that I paid, so there was no surprises at any point. Wonderful job by this family run business. Super friendly and awesome service. From the first phone call with Jonathan to driving away, very satisfied with entire package. They work on appts only(which is awesome)...their fees quoted over the phone were the same when finished...their warranties were impressive...their follow up(want to see you in 30 days) to check out any issues was appreciated. One suggestion...if you are having a full vehicle tint done, you might want to leave it and come back later for pick up. Its about a 3 1/2- 4 1/2 hr time frame. Just got my windows tinted from this amazing group of guys at Clear Cut!!...not only did they have exceptional customer service, but they were the only place I got ahold of that was open on a Sunday, they got me in on short notice, and they were very professional. They really impressed me when I was 2 hours late to get there and they still made time to squeeze me in...not only that but once they were finished I was late getting back to pick my car up by 45 min...they were so nice and patient and really did a killer job on all nine of my windows...I would recommend anyone to get their windows tinted by the guys at Clear Cut...Plus, from now on they will be my go to shop for all my future tinting needs. Truely the best place to do business with, I took my Jetta in for a tint job and it looks fantastic. Their customer service was top of the line. I expected my car to be there most of the day so I had my son follow me over. I was amazed a couple hours later and it was done now my car has a sexy new look.
