My neighborhood had some hoodlums with a BB gun or air rifle drive through and ruin our car windows (my left side driver and left side passenger) on Saturday night. I called them on Sunday while out of town, and they made their soonest appt for me, which was Monday, first thing in the morning. They said they could come do it while I was at work. There was tempered glass everywhere, every time a door closed, you could hear the glass falling further down into it. Broke my little heart. Kenny got here and told me everything; he was going to vacuum the glass up, take apart the door to get more glass, then install the windows. They only had a tinted back window, and I don't have tinted windows (weird for Colorado, I know). Kenny told me it would take some time to get a clear window, but he was concerned it might rain or snow tonight. He then offered to get my other back windows tinted at a deal for the inconvenience, which was really nice. Super nice guys! Would def recommend! We got windshields replaced on three different cars today. The first picture is my 2014 Outback and by far the worst when it came to the crack. I love the outdoors. Snowboarding, hiking, camping - you name it. I've been needing this thing replaced for a while and I am really happy I waited. Kenny came by early this morning. Rock chip occurred on drive to Denver from Amarillo, Texas. Started calling shops to try and get it fixed on a Saturday morning. Called and emailed and texted over 20 different shops in Denver and this was the ONLY one that responded. I was there in 10 minutes and then 20 minutes later, at a very reasonable price. They saved me a ton of money because if they had not been available to fix the chip, it would have spidered out and ruined the windshield in a brand new truck. Best part was the guy's attitude at the front desk when I called. He was actually enthusiastic and energetic bout fixing my windshield. Wow. If only all businesses ran like advance auto glass. I got a chip in my windshield on the highway. Started to file a claim with my insurance. They directed me to the well known nationwide that claimed to not have any availability at any of their metro locations for six weeks. By that time the chip certainly would have become w creek and needed replacement. I called advance auto glass to find out how far out they were booking. A confused voice on the other end of the line responded, uhhh you can just walk in? Not sure how long it would take or what the line would be like, I brought work and lunch with me. The receptionist looked a little worried when she told me that they had availability but all of the techs were out on lunch. I waited in their lobby until the tech was back. I showed him the chip and he fixed it in five minutes flat. You couldn't even see where the chip was if you knew where to find it. Everyone was genuine and professional and just made it so easy. I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance for a ceramic tint job. Drove 30 min, scheduled a friend to take me there so I didn't have to wait 6 hours for the work to be complete. When I get there, the reception girl tells me that they don't have ceramic tint in stock. I asked why they didn't call me in advance. She said they didn't know until "just now" about not having the proper materials available. Not even apologetic about it and tells me that I should get a regular tint job for my car. No one in the office gave a crap about the loss of my and my friend's loss personal time. No one assumed any responsibility. No one wanted to earn my business or make it right. They wanted to reschedule me for another day, but didn't know if a tech would be available that day or if materials were guaranteed to be there. I don't have time for this game of non-accountability and no one knowing WTH is going on at my expense. I don't recommend this business. I actually went to Denver Window Tint INSTEAD on Parker Rd on the very same day. They provided superb customer service, had all materials in stock, and completed the job as promised that same afternoon. I felt like they sincerely cared. read more

I requested a quote online and Cameron reached out to me within a day. He was responsive and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and wanted the privacy and UV protection a darker tint can provide. I was quoted a certain amount beforehand and when it came time to pay, it was almost spot on from what they'd quoted me. It took Johnny, the technician who did the tint, close to 4.5 hours to do as it was just him there. They have a nice little waiting area with Netflix and they let me choose what to watch while I waited. It took longer than expected but I'm thrilled with the results. My car looks fantastic and I'm so pleased with the work performed as well as their warranty. They explained how to take care of the tint, how long before it's safe to roll down the windows, and several other pointers. The installation went great. Technicians were nice. However, on 07/07/2020 I experienced a major rattle what I thought was coming from the roof. After investigating, I see the molding is coming on the top of the windshield. I called this morning and they are refusing to replace the molding because my vehicle doesn't come with molding with the original windshield. This isn't the original windshield. They said they will remove the molding. It will look awful. The guy I was talking to kept talking in circles about it. So, even though the price is right, the end result may not be. Littleton, CO UPDATE: 07/08/2020 10:01 AM I was told by your technician that they can't put the molding back in and that they won't replace it, making it unappealing when I go to sell the vehicle. There wasn't a discussion about adding adhesive to keep the molding down. So yes, I gave a 2 star rating based on that one experience. Pictures attached. read more
