I'm 54 years old and am not easily surprised. This so-called "company" is a "shock-a-minute." Please see the list below for a sampling of Ogrady behavior. - Showed up 2 hours late with no phone call (we were just left waiting). - Long personal phone calls and text messaging while clock was running. - Could not figure out how to take a simple bed frame apart for an hour. - Stacked expensive mahogany furniture on truck, wood-on-wood. - $4,500 hand-carved mahogany table scratched deep down the middle! - Tossed pieces of cloth furniture off of truck into the dirt at storage unit. - Refused to organize furniture into storage unit stating, "It takes too long." - Became enraged over no tip, peeled out of drive throwing rocks all over. - "DJ," one of the movers, began message my 17-year-old daughter with sexually explicit messages, after looking her up on Instagram, at 02:00 AM in the morning after they left our home. We have been horrified! I contacted the owner, Joshua Allen Ogrady. His response was, "I don't think I owe you anything, because the job got done, and I'm not responsible for what my men do after work."
