The experience started well, with a fast and friendly response, on a 3-Day Rental for near $350 on a 10 Cubic Yard Rolloff. DAY1: The unit did not arrive until near 1PM, so I worked until after dark DAY2: Worked until after dark again, thinking I would finish next day DAY3: Driver (very courteous) showed up this morning at about 8AM for pickup So, I got, let's say, 1.3 Days on a 3 Day Rental. Granted, the unit was getting full, but if I'd had even another half day, I'd have easily compacted the remaining half cubic yard or so. Guess I'll need to rent another small unit from someone else to get the last of it. read more

We needed a dumpster for a fast house clean out, and this company came through for us. Even when we needed to change the size of the dumpster the day of delivery, they worked with us to make it happen. Drop off was efficient and they explained how to get the most out of the dumpster. Calling to get the pickup set up was again fast and easy. The driver was courteous and remembered to get us the information on the weight after the pickup. Really great service. We were moving and I needed to get rid of a lot of junk including furniture and yard debris. I had originally booked at 10 yard bin a month in advance but after realizing I had way more junk than I anticipated, i was able to upgrade to a 15 yard bin only a week before delivery. Delivery included boards to protect the driveway which was a nice touch. The bin made loading items very easy with a door that swung open so you could walk in and load. The bin was nice and wide which made items like mattresses and planks easy to fit. When i did have to call customer service, every time someone answered they were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you have to get rid of that junk! read more

They were amazing! So this damn rain flooded my parents basement and I mean full basement over 1500sf of wet stuff my dad thought we could do it without a dumpster but I knew it would not get done quick and we would get mold I call them on a Thursday and had a dump dropped of the next day the normal rental is 7 days but I knew I needed at least 2 weekends so she did allow a 10 day rental SCORE! I got the largest size and it was worth every penny! My parents have a long driveway in a wooded area so I was happy when they said no problem getting it up I filled most of it within 2 days (my moms a hoarded and the flood was a blessing) after a week of having it and still raining every single day my poor parents go a sink hole in their driveway and my dad was hospitalized ugh thankfully my mom called explained everything and they let us keep it past the 10 days we were able to somewhat fill in the hole enough for them to pick it up at about 15 days! Dads out of the hospital, my moms now doing more shopping to replace all her damn things that we lost their basement is still flooding but I'm happy to have found their services and I hope they allow me to rent from them again soon after what a pain I'm sure we were! read more
