My windows looked ok but not to the point I felt the need to do more than just look for the cheapest coupon. When I received a marketing flyer from Absolute Window Cleaning, I hadn't had my windows cleaned in over three years, due to going through a divorce and travelling frequently for work. Upon meeting Paul, frankly my first impression was to be BLOWN AWAY by his professionalism!! He arrived early, took the time to walk me through his approach and the use and benefits of his Pure Water technology. My windows were HORRIBLE from having been untouched for over three years. It literally took Paul almost two days to clean them, but when he was finished I was absolutely AMAZED at the difference!!! As others have stated, it literally looked like I didn't have glass, it was so clear!! It totally changed the brightness of my house and I honestly enjoyed being able to open my blinds again. Needless to say, I have been a client of Paul's ever since and he has routinely taken care of the three homes I have lived-in, as well as two of my friend's homes, who asked me for his card, after coming to my home. The care, diligence, and pride, Paul takes in his work is pardon the pun, literally reflected in his service. He does outstanding work at a fair price and the quality is EXCEPTIONAL! Instead, it turned into a mess from the very beginning. Scheduling was unclear, communication was vague, and when they finally showed up the price we agreed on suddenly became a "re-evaluation" with no real explanation. Nothing felt organized or transparent. I found myself asking the same questions multiple times just to understand what was going on. No accountability, no clarity, and a lot of unnecessary confusion. By the end, I felt like my time and patience were completely wasted, and the service I received didn't match what a professional cleaning company should deliver.
