I really needed a pressure washing service to clean my home and Wise Guys did not disappoint! I initially saw one of there wrapped vehicles in traffic one day and decided to check them out online. I typically like referrals when it comes to work on my home, so I was a little apprehensive about calling them, without knowing someone personally that they've done work for. I know some people are getting away from websites and just relying on social media and reviews, but I appreciate a good and professional online presence. I read their site to see all the services they provide and reached out. Someone responded immediately and gave me, what I thought was reasonable and was willing to pay for, a decent price. They sent out the estimate, do's and don'ts, a reminder, and the name and picture of the person coming to my home. Kudos to the owner for literally just establishing good business and good customer service, this is how it should be done. 5 stars also goes to Isaiah, who was my rep that completed my service. Do NOT hire this company. I'd give negative stars if I could -- terrible workmanship and even worse customer service We hired WiseGuys to soft wash our home, primarily to remove pollen and cobwebs, and to clean pollen from our outdoor furniture. We had used them the previous year and had a good experience, so we were especially disappointed by what happened this time. The work was unacceptable. Pollen and cobwebs were left throughout the property, the glass was streaked, and our outdoor furniture was still visibly covered in pollen. I was able to wipe much of it off myself with a sponge and garden hose. The technician, Stephen, said the job should take several hours, yet about 90 minutes later he was looking for someone to sign off on it. When my husband pointed out the numerous areas that had not been cleaned, Stephen became aggressive and argumentative rather than addressing the deficiencies. I ultimately asked him to leave. More concerning, we specifically instructed him to protect our electrical components and outdoor heaters from water. Despite that, he sprayed water directly into interior electrical outlets on our covered/screened porch and onto outdoor heaters. The job also resulted in property damage. A porch screen was torn, my dress was damaged during the interaction, and there was discoloration/bleach spotting on stained outdoor cabinetry. There is also significant etching/pitting in our new concrete that becomes clearly visible when the surface is wet. I have photographs documenting all of this. I provided WiseGuys with 32 photographs immediately after the service and another 71 photographs when requested. I was initially told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Instead, I spent weeks following up and eventually dealt with Levi in operations. In an effort to reach a reasonable resolution, we agreed not to seek reimbursement for the damaged/stained wood (or the concrete which I didn't even mention b/c at that time it hadn't rained so we hadn't seen that damage). We asked only that they address the torn screen and damaged dress and arrange an electrician to inspect the outlets and heaters that had been sprayed. Levi initially said WiseGuys had an electrician they worked with and would arrange the inspection. They later offered $350 for the screen and dress -- but then backed away from their commitment to send an electrician. Levi also promised written documentation of their offer, which I never received. I ultimately escalated the matter directly to the owner, Wesley Bloeme. I sent him a detailed packet containing the timeline and photographs and gave him an opportunity to respond. I also followed up with Levi regarding the promised documentation.Neither responded. That is ultimately what is most disappointing. Mistakes can happen. Poor workmanship can happen. What matters is how a company responds when a customer brings a serious problem to its attention. After months of follow-ups, extensive documentation, and multiple opportunities to resolve this privately, WiseGuys chose not to meaningfully address the situation -- and ultimately stopped responding altogether. Their website promotes "100% Customer Satisfaction," "Fast Response Times," and "Satisfaction Guaranteed." My experience was the exact opposite. I have photographs and documentation supporting everything described here and have attached a sampling. Look closely at the photos and ask yourself whether this is the quality of work you want to pay for. My advice: hire someone else. I would never use WiseGuys again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Nightmare! They told me the front of my house was out of scope. They sent someone back out, but they wouldn't complete the job unless I paid them more money. I've never had this issue with other companies. I've waited over a week and they still have not responded. Other companies are cheaper and do a better job. I'm going to have to call someone else to get the job done correctly. read more

I recently hired WiseGuys to clean and blow off the roof of a home I had just purchased. The booking process was smooth, and they were quick to take my credit card information--unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. The service was performed by Bobby. While we understood that plant beds and certain areas wouldn't be cleaned, we returned to find the front steps and back patio covered in debris, chemical puddles, and even a piece of our gutter lying on the ground. There was no call or communication to inform us about the gutter damage or the condition in which they left the property. I reached out to Bobby--no response. I then contacted their home office and spoke with Dan, who asked for photos and assured me the issue would be addressed. It's now been over 24 hours, and I have yet to hear back. Despite their "100% satisfaction guarantee," they had no problem charging my card over $1,300 for subpar service and zero follow-up. I strongly advise against using WiseGuys. Spend your money with a company that values its customers and aims to build lasting relationships through quality work and accountability. read more

We used WiseGuys in the past for pressure washing our house, deck, and driveway. The job was fine overall, but they completely skipped the second-floor windows -- not a small detail considering the price wasn't cheap. After that, the constant weekly marketing texts started. It got so bad I had to ask to be removed from their list. Recently, we wanted a smaller job done (just the deck, window frames, and front door awning) and reached out. What a nightmare. They called FOUR times during the workday even though I specifically asked for an after-hours call, disrupting both my husband and me. Then the quotes started: my husband was told ~$200 for the deck and awning. When I asked to add the windows, it suddenly jumped to $645. I checked our old invoice and, based on their own line items, this new job should have been around $335. When I asked for an explanation, they refused to put anything in writing and kept sending conflicting quotes that included services we didn't even request. We gave them every chance to justify the massive price increase for a smaller scope of work, but they couldn't. Unprofessional, inconsistent, and honestly exhausting to deal with. We had a full house wash and if we asked them to do one thing it " wasn't included" didn't clean at all were there for 3.5 hours and spent more time trying to set up the hoses and ladders than actually cleaning then walked around and sprayed soap and never rinsed it if they should hang there sad sack of a fruit cake selves up. They'll leave the job half done and then ask for more money. I contacted Dan at Wiseguys two weeks ago to conduct pressure washing on my porch as well as my stairs and landing, including sending them several pictures of the areas to clean. They showed up a few days later and only pressure washed the porch, but billed me for both areas. When I spoke to Jose about it, he said he'd have the Operations team come out and clean the second area within 48 hours, but this never happened. I called back a week later, and Jose then quoted me an additional $50 to do the work which was already supposed to be done under the original quote. I've used Wise Guys and been pleased with their pressure washing and Christmas light services. But I will never use them again for exterior window cleaning. They sent one (they make more money if they only send one person instead of the needed two!) technician to clean the windows on my three-story home, and their "method" was simply spraying cleaner from the ground. No ladders, no proper equipment. As a result, several high windows were barely touched--or not cleaned at all. Two large windows on the back of my house were left streaked with dried white residue. Nothing was dried afterward, leaving every window and door dripping and spot-covered. My wood doors would have been damaged if I hadn't dried them with a towel myself. When I contacted them to send someone back to fix it, a "manager" called and read a scripted response offering a partial refund (for a WAY overpriced service) instead of actually resolving the problem. Wise Guys may be fine for other services, but for window cleaning, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Had some of the same issues others have posted. Actually when I went out to inspect the job some of the water off the front door dripped on my clothing I later noticed they were bleach marks and have ruined both my top and pants. Also some of my bushes are burnt. Was told what they use was safe. If you use them please inspect prior to them leaving they definitely missed some areas. read more

Regrettably, I feel obliged to leave a poor review as a caution to homeowners who are considering using WiseGuys for window washing, and brick walkways. The exterior siding and driveway were completed in a professional manner. The cleaning solution used on the windows burned all of our landscaping in proximity to our home. As of this date, some plants have died, and we don't know if the other plants will recover. The grout between the bricks on our front walkway almost completely vanished. The present appearance is unsightly. As of this date, we are waiting on a repair estimate. Finally, most of the exterior window sills were left filthy. All of our frustration and disappointment could have been avoided, and this cautionary letter would not be necessary had the initial salesperson disclosed to us that the cleaning solution could damage the landscaping, and that the pressure of the power wash could unseat the grout between the bricks. But as a point of fact, not only was no disclosure made; the salesman touted the environmental safety of the cleaning solution, and expressly stated that there would be no damage to landscaping. I brought these issues to the attention of the company immediately after the service was provided on May 13, 2024. As of June 4th, the issue has not been seriously addressed by the company. We had our house, roof, deck and driveway cleaned by WiseGuys prior to listing our house. The representative who came to give the quote was very thorough in explaining their process and looking over our property even though it was raining. The two technicians were on time and worked very hard to complete the job. We have a lot of trees so he has to clean the roof three times before he was satisfied. The house, roof and porch/deck and driveway all look so great. We appreciate the 5 year spot free warranty on the roof that we can pass on to our prospective buyers. read more

Very Disappointed - was my experience! Our property management group hired them to pressure wash our driveways and if we wanted our back patio, we could contact them and pay an extra cost. I did just that and provided my method of payment to the guy who I spoke with. I called on Monday and I was scheduled for the next day. WiseGuys Pro-Wash was scheduled in our community for 5 days. When I returned from my trip, my patio wasn't completed. The guy admitted that he forgot to turn in my work order and blamed me for not being home was his reason they couldn't conduct work outside which was ludicrous. Plus, he took my full credit card information which concerns me! No one stays home from work for a short pressure washing process on a patio. No other neighbors stayed home. So this company was recommended to me from a neighbor, I called and received a quote, very professional visit, quote, etc, but when it came to the time of scheduling they required a 50% deposit, before service was even performed. I have been a homeowner for 25 years and have never had this requirement from a Company providing a service, asked about it, and rather than discussing it with me, they decided NOT to do business with me. This is no exaggeration. Why? Simply, because we will not stop until you are satisfied. Eventually there must be a FIRST: I am that Unsatisfied customer! Josh Schuman (Service Consultant) did an excellent job at describing the quality of service, but never, never mentioned the things I as the customer needed to do to prepare the house (other than remove furniture) from the covered patio. Anyone receiving a Service Quote: Please READ section #5 (it is #6 type font): Preparing you Home on the back of the Service Quote as this information was NOT covered by Josh as he did his site survey. He repeated over and over, if we move the furniture, it will cost you extra. Nothing else seemed to really matter other than they could provide great service. The three-member team arrived to clean the brick house and granite tile patio floor. One team member walked around with a large container of chemicals while the other two operated the high-pressure sprayer. During the process, chemicals and high-pressure spray was directly used on the front porch security camera (contact me for time stamped photos) which destroyed the camera. All the other cameras remained fine as their chemicals and high-pressure spray was sprayed directly on the walls, not the cameras. I contacted Elaina Davis Office Manager the following day with a phone call and e-mail and multiple photos showing what happened to the camera. She was first extremely helpful and wanted to replace the camera (she just needed a quote for replacement), however as time went on, Elaina and Matt Fuller, Operations Manager declined to replace the camera and referred me to Section #5 (Preparing Your Home) on the back of the Service Quote given to me my Josh. I may be at fault as I did not read the back page of the Service Quote (TINY TYPE PRINT, get a magnifying glass) nor cover my own security camera. However, when I hired WiseGuys to clean my brick home, I never thought anyone would walk up and directly spray chemicals and high-pressure spray into the lens and globe of the (covered by a soffit) security camera. Outdoor cameras are water resistant, but this type of treatment from WiseGuys is 100% unacceptable. Just be careful if you wish for this company to do work on your property. They AIM to clean, BUT their AIM may ALSO damage your property. read more

I hired this company to pressure house my stone walkways, house and roof. It was especially important to me to blend the new roofing with the old on the front of the house. Their soft pressure wash left the roof looking a little unfinished, but I was reassured that when it rained next the remaining debris would be washed away and the new and old roof shingles blended. They spoke the truth. The workers were diligent, friendly, went above and beyond to pressure wash my skylights and the top of my hot tub. In addition, the solution they used to pressure wash my stone walk ways, managed to keep my walkways hosed clean through landscapers leaving dirt on them. My review is for Michael Gross an employee of Wise Guys. He showed up on Tuesday morning to pressure wash my house. That was a morning when the temperature dipped into the 20's. I would not have been surprised if they had waited until it was warmer, but there he was. The last time my house was washed there was a 4 man crew. This time it was just Michael. He set to work and was diligent, professional and honest. He was obviously very cold. Should this have been a four man crew? I can't judge because the money would also be divided 4 ways. He did get the job done and his work was great. One thing I do know is that the protective gear Michael got from Wise Guys was not adequate for the job and the day. I called this company about installing Christmas lights at my home. A 50% deposit was required to "save" my place for installation. After the installation was done they went forward with the balance of the fees without my approval and agreement that the installation was satisfactory. I was initially okay with the service, however at the time of the installation I was quoted 3x the rate to add additional lighting which I did not take. They also did not install as per the pictured presentation - so items were not done to the level they had described. I have had lights go out, which were supposed to be new lights, and requested replacement. This did not happen. I paid an extraordinary amount which was as they explained, was for the service, although the lighting and store my materials. Based on the current service I asked them to leave my paid for lighting. Now they say they will remove the lighting and not leave the materials that this was only "leased" and they were taking my paid for materials. This company does not do what they say, they overcharge and then they take away the merchandise you paid for. I would not use them again and urge other people not to trust these "Wise-Guys". read more

Andy and Tyler showed up on time, introduced themselves, reviewed the work order with me and then we walked the property to be sure we were all on the same page regarding the work to be done. I have a 3 story stucco modern home. I hired this company to pressure wash the entire home and wash all of the windows outside. They sent a person to come out and walk the property and give me a quote. I hired them and booked an appointment which was 3 weeks out. 2 days before they were suppose to be coming they called and said they had to reschedule my job. I told them I had other things scheduled and it would have to be that week and I only had certain days off to be at the house when they came. We hung up and later that day they called and said they could come on Saturday. I said ok. When they arrived it was ONE person. This one person was suppose to be able to get to all spots and windows thoroughly on my 3 story home from the ground. He could not get on a ladder because there was no one there to spot him. He then started the attempt to clean a stain on the side of my home which the sales person assured me that their cleaning solution could get off. He failed. He could not get on a ladder to attempt at a different angle or get closer for more pressure. He said he could not do the job and left. If you have a one story clean house they can mist it with water and get cobwebs down. If you need real cleaning done this company cannot get the job done and it will take multiple people and at least 3 weeks before you know it. Terrible experience! read more

When they came to our house they tried to charge me an additional $150 to power wash the 10 foot walkway to my front door and said that it was not part of the "driveway". WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!
