She combines her 20+ years of experience coaching and her training as an educator to develop coaching methodologies that work. The roots of our educational framework began in 1985 with Patty Jackson's relentless desire. Working with motivationally challenged children in Atlanta, GA, Patty sought to develop a new way to ignite individuals' ability to replace self-doubt with confidence and full self expression. 30+ years of education, application, teaching and development followed. Since then, our concepts, tools and strategies have been taught to thousands of people through the individuals, leaders, coaches and teachers we have trained. We have worked in Fortune 500 and small businesses, schools, churches and at corporate conferences. Individuals hire us for 1:1 coaching, private classes and coach certification.
