Once you enter, you are welcomed by the entire team of practitioners, Shayda, Brittany, and Nicole, who are very kind and supportive. Shayda has practiced her therapy techniques, including hypnotherapy, CBT, and identifying core values, on me, personally, and I am always amazed at how deep our sessions can get and the amount of insight I receive in such a short amount of time. Her talents don't just stop at her counseling, though. She is equally as talented at decorating and the interior was meticulously curated to put her patients at ease and feel safe in her office.
