The offices are easy to find, well maintained, wonderfully staffed, and comfortable to take an exam in. The bathrooms are clean and on the same floor as the office. They are strict with security protocols so remember two forms of proper ID. All your personal belongings are locked up in a locker. I was provided with a pencil, scratch paper, and a basic calculator. The office is near construction and some sound does bleed through the walls. Earphones and earplugs were provided. It was a minor distraction. Special thanks to Ria who was my proctor. I was really nervous to take my exam but her calm demeanor and professional guidance helped me tremendously. She was very kind, walked me through the process, and checked on me during the exam. I really appreciated her kind assistance. Overall, an excellent experience!

I was completely wrong, and very glad to have completed the school. Jose the instructor used to teach elsewhere before starting the school here, and he's been in real estate for over 10 years. He still has his license, and you know he's good when a lot of the great agents/brokers in the area come to him for training. I typically fall asleep in class, but real estate was something I was eager to learn and Jose delivered, teaching what will help you on the test PLUS what will help you in the real world. Highly recommend, will definitely be keeping in touch.

I attended the online review May 10-21 and I took my NCLEX June 1st. The instructors said that better take your Nclex atleast give yourself 2weeks before doing so but I am already scheduled. I answered all the questions and only used Rachell Allen review materials. I donated my old books, didn't log in to my other question bank, I solely use Rachell Allen and all they give that's it. I am a repeat test taker and I an very happy to have found Rachell Allen. They are very positive and they have clear lectures. I had been to different review centers but Rachell Allen is really the one who helped me. Even they said atleast 2 weeks, I took my test June 1 just few days short the 2 weeks but I was confident and calm. I know I'm am ready. So I took it. While in my car I did all the morning routine we do during class to make me feel that it's another class. I went inside confident because of the lectures. I've been going to this NCLEX battle not knowing that I don't have enough ammunition with me. Rachell Allen gave me all the guns I need to win this battle and I passed! At the end of the day I was able to relate much of what he taught us to the exam. During the exam, I kept on thinking of his basement remodeling project. However, the entire course is on their amazing web portal, so I rewatched the course a few times (in addition to many other things like study materials, exam questions, etc.). Phillip knows his stuff and was extremely open to helping in anyway he could. When I was submitting my application to take the exam, he offered to review it before I submitted which I really appreciated. If you are thinking about going for your PMP, take this course with PMA! The amount of information on their web portal, the information they physically mail to you, and the weekly tutoring service that is offered are all great. Believe in yourself and take the leap to get your PMP. It won't be easy, but PMA will surely help you achieve your goal.
