This company is tough to like sometimes. The first time I used them, they were great: inexpensive, punctual, customer service was great. Second time, they closed down after someone tested positive for COVID-19 but never updated their site so I was left wondering about no-shows two days in a row and had to call/text them instead of the other way around. This time, I booked a pickup between 8-10 a.m., and they said they were stuck on the highway and would be a little late. By noon, I had to leave. I returned and they still weren't here. I did get an invoice around 1:30ish, and the couch I requested for pickup is gone. So they did get here and were polite via text. I'd still recommend them, but definitely don't plan your day around them arriving. Keep your phone handy. I'd still recommend them though! read more

My husband is redoing the basement and took out all the demo debris to our yard. He called clear space and Fredrick was at our house in 15 mins and completely cleared out all of our debris and even swept the tiny stuff he couldn't pick up. Left my yard super clean. Was super fast. Super friendly. Professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely call them again for other junk pick up for our other projects. read more

So disappointed with these guys. I used them last Jan/Feb and they were fine at the time, so I thought I'd use them again. Set up a time for them to pick up today, Wednesday 10/25, at 2:00 pm. I called at 8:21 am to confirm, and Adam said everything was good to go. They called me at 1:18 pm, a mere 40 minutes before our appointment, to tell me they underestimated their job right before mine and that they would come out this Thursday. I'm expecting my dad's hospital bed first thing tomorrow morning, Wednesday, and I told them I needed his bed taken away. Adam said they'd call me 30 minutes before they finished their current job. Didn't hear from them by 2:56 pm, so I called them. Adam said they'd call 30 minutes before they head out. Didn't hear from them, so at 5:56 and spoke to Jesus. He told me they're almost done and that they'd call 30 minutes before they're on their way. Didn't hear from them so at 8:18 pm, I called and got their ANSWERING MACHINE. They didn't even have the professional courtesy, or courage to tell me they weren't coming. My dad has Parkinson's disease and these guys really screwed me and my family. Buyer beware.
