I asked her if there's anything we can do to credit some of those water issues to my account for having cold water , since Saturday the 26th and we haven't got it fixed yet which I understand takes time but not even to reassure me something would be don't for our inconvenience I've also attached some texts as to how she responded to me after I told her I didn't have hot water . Everyone else is super sweet never had and issue I'm just posting this so someone can step up and help and maybe change the person I am working with in this company , this review not anything negative towards your company it's just the person you have taking care of me must have a workload or something cause there's just no sympathy no reassurance and she lacks so much customer service to provide at all this whole time I've been working with her . She had a really negative attitude everytime we ask for something very ignorant, she speaks over me ALL THE TIME , I hope I can come back on here and leave a postive review next time because I would like to stay with this company it's just so hard working with this lady . They offered a referral fee far below industry standards, and after the transaction closed, they refused to pay it altogether. I was forced to take them to small claims court, where I won a judgment. Despite that, they refused to respond to repeated requests for payment for over two years. When I personally visited their headquarters on Grand Montecito in Las Vegas with a copy of the court judgment requesting payment, I was physically thrown out of the building by the managing broker. I'm now having to return to court just to compel them to reveal where they bank so the Constable (Marshall's Office) can collect on the judgment. This has been a two-year plus ordeal of being ignored, mistreated, and disrespected. In my professional opinion, Signature Real Estate Group does not operate with honesty or integrity. Their word means nothing, and working with them has caused nothing but unnecessary grief and outright unprofessionalism. I would strongly caution others against doing business with them.

They want to price it low so it sells fast and then manipulate you into taking whatever buyer throws out the first offer. If you're a first-time seller... they do not communicate very well or explain things very well or even present all the options available so keep that in mind. You'll need to do a lot of your own research. So again... You get what you pay for. I would recommend them only to do paperwork and nothing else. Oh and pictures, they take nice pictures.
