I was disappointed it wasn't offered; the service agent should've been aware of it if customer service was top notch. Also, the service agent advised my car would be washed after service and it wasn't as they were too busy. This was with a scheduled appointment for a detailed surface + star chip request. I have recently gotten my windows tinted by Mike and initially it looked great... until about 3…read moredays later when the driver window started to have a number of defects until the tinting. While this could be chalked up to moisture, instead these were physical pieces of dirt and little hairs that had not been washed off during installation. This is especially important because I had gotten really dark tint on the windows which makes it especially obvious. When the tinter, Mikael had been personally contacted about this, his usual quick response time had stopped entirely. He had read my messages but decided to not honour his workmanship. Along with the defects in the tint, there was obvious markings of a rushjob with numerous pieces of rubber gasket being cut and leaving the car after the job covered in his tinting chemicals. Overall very disappointed at the job and gave them a chance to try to make it right, but it's obvious mikael had no Intention of that. Please be careful.
