Process of evaluating the incident was sloppy with very poor communication switching several agent to evaluate the claim. It took 17 days for the claim adjuster for "Phone interview" related to incident and at that time instead of hearing our side of story, started blaming us for the accident, was belligerent, rude, totally unprofessional and outright nasty. On the first phone interview informed us that the company is going to pay the other party full amount claimed. I wish there was rating below # 1. Liberty Mutual Does Not deserve any + rating. stay away from this worst company ever.

He was very thoughtful, took the time to coach me through the process. We talked on the phone several times, a couple calls close to an hour. He didn't give you a sheet of paper like the other lenders that completely confuses you with 30 line items with charges, rather he summarizes the charges and guides you on what to expect.
