Despite having a valid payment method on file and never receiving regular billing statements, my appointment was suddenly cancelled for a minor outstanding balance--without warning or clear policy shown to me in any paperwork. When I questioned these practices and asked for transparency, my emails were labeled 'abusive' and 'hostile,' even though I never threatened anyone or used inappropriate language. Instead of addressing my concerns or providing documentation, the provider terminated services and threatened me with legal language for sharing my negative experience. Patients deserve honesty, consistency, and clear billing--not to be punished for asking fair questions about their care. If you value transparency and ethical treatment, look elsewhere.

I'm not sure what's going on , but the office is terrible. The day I went in for my first…read moreappointment, they didn't tell the doctor I was there until about 30 minutes into what was supposed to be my appointment. By then, they said it was too late to see the doctor and we would have to reschedule. Luckily (after I had a panic attack in front of them) they were able to get me to speak with the doctor I was supposed to speak with. Now I would like to say that all of this is in no way a fault for the doctor I spoke with, she was a wonderful person and helped me so much, she absolutely gets five stars from me. However, fast forward and I have an appointment a month later with a different doctor, and the day before they call me to reschedule because she is sick. Again, I am not faulting the doctor, I understand being sick and unable to work. But today, (after they had already rescheduled me for three weeks from now) they call and say she will not be in for my appointment and we need to push back the appointment again. Now it will be two whole months since I have spoken with a doctor and really need to speak with someone. I have been having panic attacks, trouble sleeping and am now trying to find another doctor, because this office clearly doesn't communicate with it's doctors and doesn't care about the wellbeing of it's patients. Please do not go to this place!

So I called and spoke with the receptionist and she told me I could come in Monday -Thursday 8am -2pm and so I got to there on Thursday at 1 . I went inside and they told me I have to come back in 2 WEEKS on a Monday to give them my paperwork because the schedule was full. Terrible business. Rude receptionist. Would not recommend. Also the waiting period to see a therapist is 2-3 weeks .

Otherwise people will be much better off seeing their pastor or rabbi than this. ............... My initially favorable review, 2018: I now go regularly. Good place, good calm lighting and calm office. Feels more like a good life coach or wonderful friend instead of a medical setting. I think there are a handful of counselors there but I see one particular one each time. It helps keep me accountable during the week when life gets stressful, to work on panic, time management and other issues I had been experiencing. I don't see much real improvement in myself other than someone is cheering me on to meet some mutually-agreed upon goals
