Good place, good calm lighting and calm office. Feels more like a good life coach or wonderful friend instead of a medical setting. I think there are a handful of counselors there but I see one particular one each time. It helps keep me accountable during the week when life gets stressful, to work on panic, time management and other issues I had been experiencing. I don't see much real improvement in myself other than someone is cheering me on to meet some mutually-agreed upon goals
